I just checked Rocketpot for the first time, and here's my impression of it.

1. I think it's very important to have the option of cashing out earlier than the target, and it's good that this site has it. It's true that players rarely have the nerve to wait for a payout above 200x, and yet I think they should the ability of cashing out any time they want to.

Why do you need to have this options? And if they implemented it on the site what is the benefits? I do not think that it is really important to have this feature, the only aim we as players want to get is the jackpot. Not some little multiplier like this. More over if you have this feature implemented then it will be not as good as before. The adrenaline to win something here is missing

You don't "have to" aim at the jackpot, that is the whole topic. Having the chance to not be there and even if you want to bet on 1.1 and leave that should be given to you. You personally don't have to use it but if there are people out there who want to than they should have the option for it. I wouldn't use it, you wouldn't neither but that doesn't mean just because 90%+ of the users don't want to use it they shouldn't have it, they should have it for that few people who would want it.

There will be much more players obviously, because there is a nice jackpot to hunt here unless the minimum bet requirement for the jackpot is still 25k sats.
With this current minimum bet and the max profit per bet, it will b very difficult for players to play with strategy such as martingale because it will be very easy to reach the max bet because the starting bet amount is high already.

No one knows about it but we should (again) look at the fact that there is no real gamblers in this site so far because most players are hunting for jackpot only. Decreasing the minimum bet has been already disscused. Now seems that Rocketpot has not any plan to decrease the minimum bet.
I think they are affaid decreasing the minimum bet leads to decrease in total wagering volume. Now the minimum bet is 0.25 mBTC while that's very lower in every gambling website I know.

I can understand that people are not "gambling" because they are trying to get that jackpot but shouldn't that count as gambling as well? It is a feature of the casino and as long as casino makes a profit than its working if you ask me.

Doesn't matter what the people are trying to achieve, as long as they are gambling with their money here and losing it enough to make a profit for the casino than it means the casino is profiting which is all they should be caring about. They could make the min requirement to 1k satoshi and remove the jackpot and as long as they are making less profits than why would they do it?

It would be interesting to read their stories here regarding what it took for them, in terms of money and time, to win those big prizes. I'm almost sure that the game turned out to be profitable for them overall, but, considering that the minimum bet is 0.00025 BTC (25k sats), it's possible that they lost significant amounts before hitting the jackpot.


I still think that if you lowered the minimum bet to 1k sats, the number of players on your site would rise many times, probably more than 25 times even.
