No one knows how many games you'll survive, it depends on your luck. You may survive for long time but you may lose it all fast.
If you are willing to hunt the jackpot, I think you should have better bankroll to start.
Bear in mind that the jackpot round may not come so often and once its coming there is no guarantee that you'll be the chosen one to spin the jackpot wheel.

If it's your first time depositing, i'd suggest checking your email's account for a deposit bonus (BTC.002). With a  BTC0.002 or BTC0.004 bankroll you'll survive for a few hundred rounds or less depending on how frequent the instant crashes are. I checked one of the players stat on the site who's using a similar strat but with a higher bet amount and the instant crashes could happen after 20 rounds or not after a hundred rounds.

Yes, I wanted to hunt the jackpot, and, yes, I was going to bet with 1.01x payout. But after checking the stats for users with profit, I realized that 0.002 BTC is far from being enough for that purpose. In most cases, those users who's cumulative profit is positive have played thousands or even tens of thousands rounds. For example, user anarchy, who's cumulative profit is 3,389.92 mBTC (amazing profit indeed!) played 166,120 rounds. Another user, qwerty, profit = 1,620.05 mBTC, played 83,327 rounds. User zergrush, profit = 1143.61 mBTC,  rounds played = 167,597. And so on.

Also, I remember reading a post by yahoo62278 in the chat, saying that he had 8 instant crashes within 40(or 80, I can't remember exactly, and it's no longer in the chat) bets. Well, even if it's 80, the probability of hittting the jackpot within 80 bets is extremely small, and 8 instant crashes would kill my 0.002 BTC, leaving me with an amount not enough for making another bet.

All in all, I decided not to deposit my money on this site.

With this amount and with the minimum bet at Rocketpot, he wont be able to do your suggestion as simply he wont be able to bet 2.5mbtc if he lose the 0.25mbtc Eventually he decided to not deposit as it is not a site for him, as I know he is a type of gambler who do not want to bet bigger amount than he can afford to lose. Correct, betting with more than I can afford to lose is something I want to avoid. It's not that I always succeed in this regard, but I'm trying my best to.

Also, if I'd lose 0.25 mbtc, playing with 1.01x, and then 10x my bet and won, I would get back only 10% of what I lost previously.

This could be a very well educational post for the people who chase rare instances, for example there are a lot of people who start betting after the a quick-crash happens because it is unlikely that it happens again that quickly but as you can see it does.

Considering the game is provably fair and the results are not controllable, I feel like it was just bad luck, now normally crashing 8 times at 1 in 40 tries is something very rare but when the game is provably fair we could assume it was just a play on a day where luck was not in favor.

The house edge is 1.5% or less if the jackpot is taken into account. If the jackpot is not considered the house edge is higher. As I was calculating the probability of hitting 1.00, so I didn't consider the portion of house edge that goes to jackpot.
As far as I know 1-1.5% of the house edge goes to jackpot.

No, that is not how it is, you gamble lets say 100 satoshis and you gamble on 99% chance of winning (or was it 98% I forgot) that means for every 100 bets you will lose 1 time, now that is the average. So, if you end up with one loss then you still bet on 99% chance of winning, that doesn't change, you still have 1% chance of losing but this time you gamble on 100k satoshi instead of 100, now of course you can still lose but that doesn't mean that you will lose, there is a 99% chance of winning, could it be a loss?

But, mathematically it is a low risk of gambling which is why I still think it is a good idea. Of course, everyone has their own strategy, of course all strategies end up losing in the end but I feel like this is a much better method compared to regular martingale of 2x anytime you lose.

Usually I do not care what type of strategy you find, in the end there is a house edge and that equals to you losing all your money. You can gamble anyway you want, it is not going to work. The only good part of this website that doesn't really require any sort of strategy is the jackpot.

If you win the jackpot that means there is nothing else you need to do and I am very glad for it because you can just gamble with the basic minimum and do your casual martingale or whatever and in the end even if you lose too many times in a row you could actually get your money back from the jackpot, yes it is just luck and you may never get it but it drops the house edge to a lot lower when you are always gambling. No, that is not how it is, you gamble lets say 100 satoshis and you gamble on 99% chance of winning (or was it 98% I forgot) that means for every 100 bets you will lose 1 time, now that is the average.

As far as I know, betting on 1.01x payout gives you 98% win chance, so you can lose 2 times within 100 bets, and that's important.

So, if you end up with one loss then you still bet on 99% chance of winning, that doesn't change, you still have 1% chance of losing but this time you gamble on 100k satoshi instead of 100, now of course you can still lose but that doesn't mean that you will lose, there is a 99% chance of winning, could it be a loss?

Yes, it perfectly can. I myself won with two 99x payouts in a row several times on various dice sites, so I know that two losses in a row are possible too.

Now, imagine what happens on this particular site, if you follow the strategy you described. After loosing 0.00025 BTC(min bet on Rocketpot), you place 0.025 BTC bet, and, although you have 98% of winning that bet, you can also lose it right away. And then, what to do next? Not to mention that I would not recommend depositing 0.025 BTC on any site to gamble with it.
