We don't really know the overall total ones, you can't just check a certain amount of period and check what happens. I mean if you just watch the place for 1 hour and try to calculate it from that, it won't work.

People could be not around during that hour and then they could end up coming in later and gamble more in the later stages? You could never know about it. That is why the only one with enough data is rocketpot and I doubt they will share the bigger picture, you can even find the wagered amount but you may not find the amount people won or lost, you can take an average but in the end maybe some big whale lost a lot? or won a lot? I think you don't know exactly how the players have to play to try to win the jackpot on rocketpot. You must bet a big amount to get the biggest share to be selected. So if you only play for the jackpot you can lose big amounts of money

No, that's not how users are selected for the jackpot.
All users who have participated in a round have chance to be selected for the jackpot. A user who wagers more than others has the biggest chance. But that doesn't mean other users cannot be selected for the jackpot.

The chance of being selected for the jackpot each of users have is proportional to the amount they wager.
For example, If user A wagers 1 mBTC and user B wagers 2 mBTC, the chance of user B for being selected is twice the chance of user A.
So, even if you wager 0.01 mBTC you have the chance to win the jackpot.

I was expecting the site could improve much more than this since its launching (I was in their campaign too FYI ), really love this kind game but when I see there's lack of professionalism... well the doubts is here to stay.

If LV1000 takes a highroller to achieve it, I don't see why not. Even when FBC offered a Lambo, some people were skeptical as to how they could afford such a luxurious car.

There are ways to recoup the amount to say the least. How many gamblers are lucky enough to reach that level while still playing with house money? I'd reckon just a handful.

The rewards are based on the account's level since it's mostly coming from the player's wagers. When you check the chests there's a hint on how much you're going to get and there's a volatility level so it's half random and half on the level. I think it's better they didn't mention the rewards to make it interesting and maintain that gambling experience even when opening rewards.

Every chest has variable "random" rewards - but the average reward grows with every level! So the higher the chest level, the higher your reward will be!
