why i prefer mining and investing in ICO/IEO

I prefer to invest more. I don’t have that much powerful CPU, and also I don’t want to get in the trouble of GPU etc. I just invest in what I have and try my best to stay on par with the ups and won in the market and make decisions accordingly.

I haven't properly start in mining but since i always take search a real project for my in investment with have IEO in popular exchange. Actually ICO best time decrease lot of time ever and start of start IEO and more investor now keep buying token in IEO.

Your stand are accurate but just ICO/IEO investing which comes with its own need for research, mining also has its own requirements of which the first is cost of electricity, followed by the type of mining equipment as well as cost. So if a user have access to cheaper energy, mining will be profitable for such user. However, I tend to stick to IEO investing since the cost of energy in my home is high. Also, the type of IEO I participate with is those taking place in exchanges like Binance etc.

Quite surprising indeed. Small scale mining became a loss making exercise many years ago. Unless you have access to free or very cheap electricity and you are able to purchase the mining rigs at cheaper than market prices, PoW mining can be very difficult in terms of financials. Mining difficulty for all the coins are increasing at a steady rate, and large scale miners are gradually pushing out the small scale and medium scale miners with their giant mining farms. Altcoin mining used to be very attractive for the small scale miners, but with the decline in altcoin prices that sector is also not looking very rosy right now.

That doesn't mean that you should pour in your hard earned money in to the IEOs and the ICOs. As far as the ICOs are concerned, they are dead without any prospects of a future resurrection. There were simply too many scammers, and most importantly too many careless investors who invested in these shit projects without caring for their long term viability. IEOs are better placed in that regard, but I can see the number of scams increasing in the IEO sector as well.

All have a risk, just that we dare or not. I'm not going to do mining because it's too complicated and cost great. Investing in an ICO or IEO I will do, but by using small capital. Too risky if we use big capital to invest in the project.

Getting a fake project is a risk. But we also have to be careful and conduct analysis to define a project.

Yes mining offers guaranteed earnings but you also have to consider the cost of the rigs and power supply. Although ICO/IEO investors carry on more risk, if they commit to investing in only projects they have reseached properly and believe in their use cases, they should still see returns on their investments. Most investors are just in it for the short pump not the long haul. That's why people lose money.

I used to mine in fact was very lucrative for me until faced challenges in my new place which made me to quit, as anytime I mine and offset bills I end up with little or no profit. But nowadays, I have found solace in IEOs thus doing so within my power to get the most out of it. To some people, IEO might not worth it most especially when it is done on some exchanges while to some people IEO is profitable taking into account major exchanges like Binance etc.

You made your point and they're good but everyone can't be the same. One problems associated with mining has been the issue of high cost of acquiring mining equipments. Of course, mining is good in the past when the market is in the early stages of the crypto revolution, almost we can get very stable and good profits after months of mining but for now, mining is no longer a good solution when the coin that can be mined is almost exhausted, we will be very difficult to exploit more, besides, equipment issues are heated discussions with many disadvantages. choosing mining certainly has consideration. we need a large enough capital for that. although the funds generated are guaranteed, and it is also very difficult to become a scam, but the next challenge is how we can do mining with low electricity costs, and also maintenance costs that require extra attention. so far, some people I know doing mining have stopped and sold mining tools because of these factors. it makes me think that to move individually, I prioritize investing in quality ICO / IEO.

How your profits were assured when mining?

The price of altcoin is also unstable so the value of coin your mining might get lesser than the expensive in this case your in loss.

But its surely better than investing on new projects.

If we are to think whether to investigate a project if it is a scam or not, I think we should also consider, understanding the project itself if it is worthy enough for our investments. It is somehow correct to say that we are assured that we can gain profit, but How much would be the profit? If you aren't gaining decent amount, then your investment didn't went well at all. Its better to study every market of a coin or cryptocurrency that we're attracted to. Think deeply about it then execute your action.

I think mining is not profitable, I have been mining and I think it takes more than 2 years for RoI, investing IEO / ICO is certainly more interesting and profitable.

Mining would take a long time. Investing in non ICO or IEO is better.

Yes it is true that you say mining can be said to be better because we don't have to worry about scams and don't have to analyze every project. But, not all projects are just a scam and for mining, not everyone can do mining and need some supporting tools and a little knowledge about mining. So here I think every thing that is done has advantages and disadvantages of each. So, everyone must have their own way which they think is something they can do and can give them an advantage.
