Personally, I think that 2019 is different for everyone. For example, for beginners this year is completely unsuccessful, but for an experienced user it is pretty successful. Since experience in bounty projects shows that even in the most unsuccessful year you can make good money.

In 2018-2019, a lot of scams happened. The hype that arose around the crypto currency for a very long time subsided. And the organizers of such projects decided to take advantage of this situation. Today, the share scams much less than they were previously. I think that there is no need for any additional projects to control the ICO. Since this is a utopia. This year has been a mixture of failure and success for me. There are some projects that were successful in the beginning but turned out to be scam later on.

IEO has a winning model from the beginning. Everyone who is involved in this process has its own interest. Exchange needs liquidity for the token and proof from the team that project is not a scam.

Winning model classification doesn't cover the advantages of the IEOs, the process started badly, now the only winning side I observe is the exchanges with different IEO conditions.  Following the scam ICOs, the implementation of the exchange backed token sales won the battle. Trusting the process is my first motto if there are no enough arguments for defending the survival of the new token sale variants.

yeah right, it's just that you have to know that ico is also still there for now. but I only heard of one successful ico, I still remember only a project from South Korean (content protocol) that was quite successful with ico even though it only got a little funding. for another ico I don't know whether there was a success or not

Fraud related to the ICO booming in 2019 are all projects in the name of Libra. So many. Since the end of 2018 until now, there have been only a handful of successful ICOs, which I have joined is the Content Protocol from South Korea, the price had risen above the ICO. 2019 is the year for IEO, many get the satisfaction of joining with it, especially in the global exchange of Binance class.

ICOs are still happening but with less fanfare and there does not seem to be any investor appetite probably because the amount of scams hugely outnumbering legitimate projects.

Add to that the number of bounty participants being scammed by the ICO project operators it stands to reason they are not promoting ICOs which has also contributed to the lack of ICO success.
 
IEOs have started to kick in and that too has made ICOs less appealing.

I'm not following the ICO anymore but I'm looking at the scam section from time to time and also asking  from my friends who are very much active in bounty campaign and investing, 2019 is a bad year for ICO and more so on bounty hunters, there's no great project worth pouring all your money compared in 2017, when you are confident investing because it will generate an income in a few months.

Some projects were given so much trusts in the past, investors got deceived, they failed to deliver their promises and many scams alike. All these have made people not to trust ICOs again. Even if there are good ones, such is not common. Except if there are new ones that will change the notion of people in future.

I heard that the ICO MiricaleTELE was very successful and the project works well. but recently I found out that the project’s CEO has left the telegram chats and token holders cannot withsraw dividends.

 

You heard only. But I am a victim of this project. I have got some 1500 tokens from bounty of Miracle Tele. I think all these tokens have gone to waste. I got an email stating ceo has left the project due to fud in the project and employees have gone to vacation. Since then, telegram manager is only to get in touch.

ICOs are now a fail not just in 2019 but also in 2018. People are still hoping a  2017 moon event but they never accept that after that, there are a lot of people who got rekt rather than profited. It's 1 every 100 people who invested or traded on bitcoin and altcoins had made 100x gains so 99 of them has been traumatized and they might not try to gamble again.

ICO is dead in the water, it is going the same way it came. Greed was the order of the day and few people made money at the expense of others. ALot of people have lost money but we need to wait and see how these IEO fair because to me I don't see them being sustainable long term some of them are already trading below their IEO price already

In fact, since many exchange operators are now running IEOs for fake projects just to scam, it means maybe the situation could even more worse than it was before in crypto wild west

It's only been almost one month since i started to be active again in this crypto world. And so far, i only joined one ICO, so i may not be able to say that much. But until now, i haven't faced any problem with my ICO. everything went well, and i'm pretty sure this project will be succeed. I see less scam news about ICO too now. Rather than last year, where everyone complained about scam and so on. But one thing that's very noticeable. Now the amount of ICOs are very small. It's very hard to find any ICO, it seems people still not be able to revive the success of 2017. But i hope everything will surely become better later, and we will have more successful ICOs again.

ICO 2019 is not so bad. Just say about miracle TELE. They raised a lot of fund. But now price of coin decreased 10 times. But investors still can get profit from stak. 3 euro per 100 tele. I hope that team will decide their problems and will be trusted.

Some ICOS still make money, though not like the results in the year 2017. Currently, the ICO has begun to be abandoned and replaced by the IEO or STO project. My view to date is still like you that the ICO is experiencing failure.

But now it's time to move on to the IEO project. With this project, we are now more easily monitoring price movements because IEO is already registered in exchange. So if you want to invest can buy directly in the crypto market.

Most these days have switched from ICO to IEO and basically STO is a thing of the fast obviously It turns out there is more success with IEO The hope is may be there is no manipulation of data with them because that can hurt investors in the long term
