No good projects from a long time

I think investors need security in their investment because most investors complain about fraud on the invested project. if the rules regarding making projects have provisions I think the fraud project will be reduced,

Yes, many investors are afraid to invest in ICO's because of their previous experience and even they are not investing in any new coins listed on some exchanges. We should always focus on the project, which has active developments and active updates given to their community will have a chance to increase their prices. The problem is you're all confusing opportunity and projects with profit making ventures. You're talking about thousands of fields providing services to humanity and to inspire, and yet on the other hand you're looking to make money. Sometimes there's overlap sure, but most of the time it's profit or non profit.

I belief that good projects that plan for long term do not care much for funds to their own pockets, take a look at projects that aim for binance exchange as a start, they list their IEO on the exchange because they know what the end result will be, surely they will be able to get more money even possibly over hardcap target, most new projects don't care about this

It's really sad to see this that even a good project was dying because of lack of fund, they don't also have even private investors and worst is they don't want to take risk their own fund for their project to continue. For me, no matter how much good your project is if you don't risk your own money and no private investors, then I would not risk my money in your project too.

There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

the ICO will never came back unless there are new created platform or new ideas make to make it more interesting to investors to invest. They are doing the same project as before just changing the name of the coin and nothing more to offer .
