No good projects from a long time

There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

It doesn't matter if it's a good project or not. The most important thing is how to get profit from trading on the coin. The investor only cares about profit, not thinking about the project. If you are a trader, you will understand this.

crowdsale is no longer a system for good projects, currently good projects sell using the IEO system at some famous exchanges, because with IEO it will be more profitable for both

IEO promises coins to be traded in their system, this is better because not only uses dex after the sale, this is what most investors want, the outdated system no longer applies, and this is where investors can see the true quality strength of the project they are looking at. Timing will also not be accurate if the project is only concerned with peaked hype, meaning that there is no trust in their own projects.

Certainly this project will never be listed at binance, I don't see any specialization for this project, it's similar to thousands of other shitcoin in this market and it is currently being promoted by a newbie account. I will stay away from this project as far as possible

We need to wait for another month to see the result of the changes since 2020 comes. we have some up and downs last year and some major exchanges that closed. in the mean time the thing we need to see is the movement of the price since the famous BTC halving is soon. If we don't see any changes, more or less this year is no different than the last one.

there is some coin i saw in the past with potential
but i don't believe in their promises until they release their product or platform
im just waiting this year if the past ICO, IEO, STO will make further development because to get recognized its really takes time
but if they not i just hope there will be some good coin/token sale that will happen this year.

There are many new projects that are promising, potential and with innovative and great ideas. But the problems why these projects are not getting attentions of the investors are that most of investors and bounty hunters are losing their interest in cryptocurrency lately. It is because of the crypto market  crashing. Bittorrent is surely a good project for investment like Ethereum, BNB and bitcoin.

I agree that investor interest in cryptocurrencies has been greatly reduced due to fraud and other factors. Development also stops the fact that everyone wants to beat each other and because of this a lot of trash appears. Instead of an endless race, the right decision would be to join forces and create something new together.

I believe that there were few coins that are good to invest too, but they lack of marketing due to lack of funds, so for now, I don't believe much in a project that has even no private investors, or is not self funded, because it means that they don't also believe in their project because they are not willing to take risk their own money.

If I look at your answer, I can see that you didn't make ANY research. That is a fact. Read which problem they are trying to fix and how big the problem is.

The lufthansa and some other airlines are charging since 2015 fees if I a booking is made through gds. Windingtree is trying to solve this problem and has partnered with very big airlines. I hope you spend some time on research, before called it a shitcoin.

I researched altcoins section and monitored some of these projects for many years I hadly found any good project I monitored some till exchange, basically majority had same concept and imitate each other while majority later turned scam investing in any of those projects are in any investor risk, I would rather stick to bitcoin and major altcoins for any investment.

I researched altcoins section and monitored some of these projects for many years I hadly found any good project I monitored some till exchange, basically majority had same concept and imitate each other while majority later turned scam investing in any of those projects are in any investor risk, I would rather stick to bitcoin and major altcoins for any investment.

Maybe because we are refusing to chase and to look for a good project now because of the frustration we had before, just like how I was disappointed too, that's why I don't believe much in some project now, although some are doing their best, still for me not a good one, maybe we are just too closing our doors for them.

I really don't know why most new projects are crappie, some even have no plans to launch a product or even copy existing projects with no advancement made. I hope as this year rolls out, we will see promising projects. The good thing is that some existing projects are really doing great with project development which gives hope to crypto enthusiasts and just very few new projects fall in this category.

This is gonna be the death of ICOs if this keep on continuing. People want more for the money they are willing to invest on. And the ICOs so far have been short of being substandard. The projects they have when compared to IEOs which is just to have a good program or site where you can exchange some new cryptocurrencies still outshines the projects a lot of ICOs put up.

Of course, people do not run off the idea but many of them have made how much money that will go to their pocket their major goal and that is the part of the reason why they failed. Up to date, I have not seen a completely new and innovative project since 2018. All that we are seen are ideas that have been developed by someone or groups with little or no difference. Take for instance, in 2018 more than 20 projects wanna develop a project about crypto banks. Non of them have been able to achieve this. It is either the project that went completely dead or turns to scam before completion. Crypto exchange platform is one of the projects that always populate the announcement thread. despite the fact that we already have numerous decentralized and centralized exchange platform, People are still creating a project about an exchange platform. I begin to wonder what and what they are expecting. many of them are also implementing launchpad so that they can be conducting IEO on their shallow site.

even some IEO projects are not reliable now. after making a successful admission to IEO, there was not much market response because the price was bad. I'm not sure their claim about success is just manipulation.

I think there are no more promising ICO projects like the Ethereum project when it was first released publicly. After going through 2017 until now I also don't personally see projects that are really promising, even though it's ICO, STO, IEO. most of it is just bullshit.
