Haven't gone through your posts (and I'm far too lazy to do so), but the only real reason anyone ever gets a permaban on this forum is because of copy/pasting.  The only other reason is disruptive spamming, but it has to be fairly egregious for you to get a ban from that--so my guess is that you plagiarized someone else's work somewhere, and I'm also willing to bet that one of the fine forum detectives will stop by to show you exactly what you did.

Did you post someone else's words without giving them credit for it?

Sorry about the ban... Take your time and try looking through your post history especially posts that you made when you were still A newbie or Jr Member. It may help you understand and get what post got you banned
Maybe you posted content at some point and didn't include the source link.

The most straight forward reason for permaban is Plagiarism

What does your red ban message say? Is it a permanent ban or a temporary one?

The ban says it's a permanent one

Then it's likely plagiarism or ban evasion... did you have any other accounts?

I think there is only one reason, plagiarism. Spam does not result in immediate permanent ban, instead user will get temporary ban first. Ban evasion, if I have not missed some ban appeal, Sharon121212 did not evade ban appeals.
I think Sharon should check very early posts when he was still newbie/ Jr. Member to find probably plagiarised posts.
I guess your plagiarised posts likely come from ones in Politics & society board. If it is, I feel deeply regret for Sharon, because he likely knew rules very well, in November of 2018.
You can just to a needful plagiarism test run on your account in question.

The forum has been very accurate in terms of ban and it's rear before come here as you just did and get justify.

I don't know how to check for plagiarism but am sure your evidence is on the way.

Just stay tuned

This is just a guess, but I'm going to go with Ban Evasion. Iirc you hit the ground running when you joined the forum, some even accused you of being an Alt of a better known member at the time. You are very active so are clearly aware of plagiarism and it's punishment, and with the launch of the Bot you likely scrubbed your post history if it contained plagiarism.
What has changed though is that accounts are monitored for suspicious activity to some extent I've been expecting more Ban evaders to be caught since then; maybe it's starting to take place.

While I love your first post and wish more newbies could say this
"First thing I did was use the search the forum rules I wouldn't want to fall on the wrong side of it
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0 it's quite plain and straight forward and would give my all to stick to it. And also the post from Lauda was loud enough https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0"

It lends further to the likelihood of Ban Evasion. Either way you seem to have done well for yourself, all you can do is to plead your case and follow the appeal process.

I really just read through before my first post and it happens that post from Lauda was made on beginners and help board. I really am pleading my case here.

If kingpin4321 was banned after it was hacked does that still make sharon a ban evader? (if it was infact hacked)

Why don't you tell us all about your kingpin account sharon? Any others?

Who said it was hacked? Indeed, both accounts had their emails changed arround the same time late last year, but other than that, I found no other significant change that would indicate a potential hack. If anything, that + the fact that both posts were made after the email changes, proves that both accounts are controlled by the same person.

Thanks, it's a bit curious..the password for kingping was changed on August 7th at 11:48 PM and, coincidentally, the post was made by Sharon on the same day, but before the password change, at 10:58 AM. There were email changes but not relevant to the discussion as they were made in late 2018... Since kingpin's post containing that address was made in January, and Sharon posted it on the same day as kingpin's potential hack date, to me it seems that at that point, the same person was still controlling the accounts. The phishing attempts were made after that so if there was a hack, it had nothing to do with the reason that got the Sharon account banned.

But Sharon never said that it is her account nor it was hacked or @kingpin4321 made a ban appeal.  Huh

And if you examine the way the two accounts in question have similarities on the way they post (provided below) indicates a possibility onto it. Though other posts are not that similar or maybe not to find that they are linked to each other.

Hello friends
Am new to the forum but already am feeling a sense of acceptance from the forum from both gender(although it's hard to decipher sex from some names) Which is in a huge contrast to what I and so many women like be pass through in West Africa.
It's so appalling that the women are limited to domestic work and not giving much chance to achieve there dreams. Women are just seen as a property rather than an existing being, families trade their daughters out to the  highest bidder without even giving her a choice or even wondering what her dreams are.
Women are fast losing the sense of self esteem and inferiority complex is fast creeping and affecting our zeal.  I have always been a knowledge seeker regardless of my background I want to be seen as an example to other women From my region. I  am not so financially buoyant but I have taken it up to myself to spend from my little purse to seek my cryptocurrency knowledge and also raise women in my region and make them independent and not under the shadows of anybody.

I would be seeking your encouragement in achieving this goals. We owe it to humanity

What's wrong in being a woman?

Well it not a wrong thing hoping for merit infact getting merit is a good thing so far it's earned not bought or gifted. I have gone through several thread about this merit issue mostly from noobs like me either whining about the system being unfair or seeking ways in getting or understanding it the most laughable is thread straight are thread started by a newbie or someone without merit giving advice on how to get one.

Honestly speaking we don't need all that alot has already been said on the topic some of which the moderators has rightfully pinned.
Here is a good one I saw today.. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4517393.0

But never feel that anyone owes you merit. Once you have read most article about the merit system, ranking system and how to earn it then that is that absorb it in your mind let it be inside of you. You don't necessarily have to post on daily basis about it. We are already aware and surrounded by post and thread about it.

We all are different individuals and have different reasons for being on this forum but what ever our aim is here let works towards it and keeping the standard conditions of the forum at heart. We all came to meet it so it's unfair if we contribute to bastardizing it.

PS.. Stop spamming

Those are not the only similarities, the accounts are clearly connected. The question was if Sharon's ban was influenced by kingpin's potential hack or not.

If kingpin4321 was hacked on August 7 then Sharon is not responsible for the phishing attempts and the subsequent ban since the account was not in her control. Her posting on the same day doesn't seem relevant. Unless you have something else, like both accounts using the same IP on that day or later.

I mean it still sounds fishy (pun intended) that she didn't complain about the hack and kingpin4321's ban but technically she didn't evade a ban.

See the bill gator case for a precedent.

I didn't say Sharon was the one responsible for the phishing attempts but it's easy to get confused, I also had a hard time until I figured the timeline Smiley I would say that the fact that kingpin posted in January the same address that Sharon posted on the day kingpin was supposedly hacked, but before the actual password change (besides anything else I might have on top but will not go on about as they also read these boards Wink) is very relevant as that is what actually connected the accounts in the first place.

Kingpin is my alt
Got hacked but didn't appeal for ban because I wanted to concentrate on just one account and build up my reputation. I let the account go because I needed no distractions
I really did not want any drama on the kingpin issue and since they banned it I guess it was a fair deal so as to keep the hacker out.
I am appealing on behalf of Sharon and plead my case to the forum and the moderators in general
