Cockfighting is famous in Philippines, but I didn't know that online cockfighting exists. Most people who are into cockfighting would rather bet on it real time than betting on it online. But immaybe if they will accept crypto some crypto enthusiast might as well try it.

Last week someone shared me gamble where you can bet on cock fighting online. But on this platform we only use our national currency to cash in will convert it credits where 1PHP : 1 credits.
It's just sad because they don't accept Bitcoin. I having hardtime to cash in/cash out by going to any banks or remmitance.

This is the most Filipino thing I saw so far in this forum. "Sabong" or cock fighting isn't just a simple gambling in the country. It is a culture that has been passed down to every generation. It is so attached in Filipino culture that there are a number of people, especially fathers, consider the chicken as if it's part of the family. As far as I remember wayback when I am still going to places just to bet for Cockfighting ,those legal arenas and gymnasium that’s the fight is held is safer place for gamblers and only those street fight in which being raided and the gamblers are apprehended.

in my country this is usually played by rural communities, they bet on it. but, only this time I learned that there was a bet about "cock fighting" online. The digital world continues to grow, from traditional gambling to digital gambling.

It's always a great idea but it's too complicated to start an online cockfighting with cryptocurrency since most gamblers on cockfighting doesn't know more about crypto. If only there is a way to impart knowledge to those gamblers.

That's going to be tough bringing the idea to those gamblers who loves to bet from this type of gambling, many people still wanted to use the old ways and if this type of service being introduced, there's a lots of talks and discussion before it will be fully adopted. Though there's always chances that it can be done just need to have more influence coming from people who have broader knowledge about crypto industry.

Depending on what field the online bet is, if it's a sport like football it could be before doing a bet, we do research like what formations are used, who can't compete and the history of the match. In contrast to "cockfighting" this can't be done the same thing. although both are in the online bet platform.

Lol, got no link to share bro. Have seen it myself with my two eyes. I'm also a little bit of a cockfight enthusiast and if ever got some free time i go to cockfight arena during weekends.

I'm intrigue at first on what those tv crews of some sort doing in a cockfight arena so i asked them and they said to me that it is for online betting. They are just on the upper part of the arena so they can't create disturbance and as i've said, they don't have relation to the judge and owners of the cock and not related as well to the owner of the arena where they cover the event.

Its because of the rule of our city mayor. He declared any form of physical gambling in our city as illegal and they closed down not only the arena for cock fighting but the lottery boot as well (we know lottery is legal in phils but not in our city). If you were caught playing gambling (any form) you have to pay the fine, this is the reason why we are contented to gamble online.
