I the real world, you can file criminal complaints anonymously and engage a lawyer to enforce a damage compensation through civil court proceeding! You obviously live in a different world than the rest of us (I mean, even more obviously than it was already). In our world, you can't file a court case anonymously without the approval of the judge, which is only granted in extraordinary circumstances, what with the whole "right of the accused to know their accuser" thing. Human rights are so inconvenient like that.

I the real world, you can file criminal complaints anonymously and engage a lawyer to enforce a damage compensation through civil court proceeding! This time I have increased the font for disabled bitcointalk accounts.

They're not forming a contract with me -- they were merely donating money in return for services provided.
How ridiculous that you assume the services would have been successful!

Really, emails are written? We know you're illiterate (presumably your "lawyer" takes the time to read these posts aloud to you), but surely you recognise that emails are generally composed of a written language of some form, even if you don't understand it? I mean, you can see the strange symbols of the alphabet arranged in patterns that literate people call "words" and "sentences" and which are collectively known as "writing", right?

Unless he starts showing some evidence of primary-school level thought, I'll have to assume that he's composing his posts on a Magna Doodle™ he was given after having his crayons taken away because he kept scribbling on walls.

Are you really this dumb? How can you offer a service and expect people to take you seriously if you act like an ignorant person all the time? Look at your recent trust wall tirade, it's ridiculous and shows potential customers you are nothing but a vindictive child. You obviously know you offered a service to that h4ns guy. You obviously know you offered a refund for services due in June/July of 2019. You have decided to just act ignorant and not back your words about your offers or services. You have shown people that you do not stand behind what you offer. You just look for excuses. Anyone dumb enough to contact you deserves to get screwed, cause that's all you can offer them. I'm sure you started off with good intentions, but actimg as you do shows how much of a joke you are. Take a step back and look at your behavior man. Fix the mess you created. If you ever want anyone to take you seriously, you need to start acting like a rational person and not one of the dumbest people to ever post on this forum.

Unfortunately, game-protect is either unable to deduce the false equivalency or is unable to honestly admit to their faults.
There is no problem, though, as we can gather that game-protect's values prioritize deceptive manipulation of semantics and repetitive indignance and deflection.

Judgements by extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts do not have any validity in the real world! Please show the judgement by a real world court that my emails are a written contracts 2) It is in writing. Really, emails are written? 3) You did ruin your reputation because you breached the conditions of the contract by not returning the 210 Euro on 30 June 2019. Thank you for confirming that this false and misleading scam accusation ruined my reputation. Game-Protect.com did not refund my money and stopped replying to my emails1) UK law is similar to the law in most commonwealth countries. For a contract via email to be legally binding under UK law there needs to be: An offer; Acceptance of the offer; Consideration (i.e., some form of payment); An intention to be legally bound by the contract; and Certainty as to what the parties have agreed. https://businessadvice.co.uk/business-development/business-planning/are-emails-legally-binding/Under USA law https://www.icaew.com/archive/library/subject-gateways/law/legal-alert/2018-02/case-law-court-confirms-emails-can-create-legally-binding-contracts2) Yes - they are a written form of communication. 3) Your reputation - by your own conduct - was already absolutely rubbish. I cannot imagine how this could ruin it even more. What this claim proved was that you go to extreme lows to deceive people from their funds. The only person that has a fantasy that you have a "good reputation" - is you. 4) By making the claim that it is a donation and by falsely claiming that "there is no contract" you make it absolutely obvious with your current argument to everyone that: If we were to accept your argument then using your own logic and terminology:a) You made a written statement that you had no intention of keeping in an effort to get a non refundable "donation". b) You used your "reputation" to convince him to accept that "promise". c) You have now clearly and publicly stated that you had no intention of keeping that promise because you consider it a "donation".

Game Protect does not make any contracts. Contracts are only made with the enforcement foundation. This is where you are wrong. You deceived the h4ns by stating that he would get a refund by 30 June 2019. Whether you believe this is a contract is irrelevant. h4ns believed he was making a contract with you and as a result of the promise made by you transferred the funds. Whether you like it or not - you made a contract with h4ns to send the 210 euro to the foundation. Whether you get the 210 euro back from the foundation is irrelevant. You owe h4ns 210 euro. How does Game Protect make money? What are the numbers? The site is barely making enough money to cover expenses, with the monthly profit being about 300/month. The sites makes money from:
– Affiliate commissions.
– Monthly/yearly contributions.
– Individual orders for investigation and assistance.
How big is your team? What do they do and what are their backgrounds? The number of participants varies depending on the cases and whether it includes lawyers, private investigators and IT experts.
I personally have good knowledge with regards to civil laws, criminal laws and private investigations. Source: https://bitcoin-millionaire.com/business-gameprotect/Archived: https://web.archive.org/web/20191104234928/https://bitcoin-millionaire.com/business-gameprotect/

h4ns believed he was making a contract with you and as a result of the promise made by you transferred the funds. h4ns believed that he made a written contract with Game Protect? In the real world, you make something only if you fulfill the applicable laws and requirements! You will not get sentenced for murder only because you believe that you killed someone! (September 3rd) My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time. In the real world, if you publicly believe and claim that an entity is a scam / show because it asked you to lend BTC worth 10€, then you are at a high risk that the judge will order a medically psychological examination!

Let us try that ! Curious to see who's gonna end up in coocoo land. Please give us the details to your lawyer or your sollicitor so we can explain to him what's going on ?
