Are u buying alts?

For now, I chose not to buy alts anymore because I have already bought them in quite a large amount, for now I am more focused on saving while waiting for the price to rise, even though the growth is very slow, I will make Alts a long-term investment,  currently right now I prefer to buy and collect ETH because its growth is very promising, so, it has the potential to get very large profits, especially at this time the price of ETH again is very appropriate to buy it, just waiting for the increase only.

Investing in altcoins is the solution of many investors but I think this investment is still very risky because we still have not seen stability in this market. In fact, any altcoin is at its own risk and we should not rely too much on this investment because it may cause you to lose more money. The best advice would be to just hold the USD and wait for the altcoin stage because it certainly won't take place this year.

Yes, I am still buying and holding my alts this year, because I believe that the price of altcoin in the future will also increase again, seeing the growth of market prices now is also getting better

At this point I’m into holding of altcoins since the price has not been showing any growth in the market. Although, I am still accumulating Eth and wait for the increase. Also, I still believe some alts is good to buy in a time price will surge up.

I am not buying alts right now, but I am looking carefully at their movements. Lots of people started selling altcoins to buy the Bitcoin, which is reasonable though, but I think there will have an altcoin bull run this year, and it can start from now. I picked the SERO, ETH, MATIC to buy on right time which is yet to come.

I suppose that this is the best position to take now as nothing is clear with altcoins yet. We cannot also say that altcoins have already found a reliable level of support and all the worst for them has ended. Now, a lot depends on Bitcoin, if it continues to fall, then altcoins will receive an excellent incentive to drop to their minimum levels. If it happens, I will invest in Ethereum and Dash as I guess, these are the best alts.

I’m buying altcoins just a preparation for a bull market, don’t just buy the shit altcoins. I do have good altcoins with me that already gives profit to me before and I’m trusting it again like ETH. Altcoins season will come don’t buy when altcoins are already pumping because its will become an expensive altcoins.

There are already many who may be deceived by the state of altcoin, because when it has been invested there the value obtained is not surprising, even very difficult to believe it actually falls deeper. with these circumstances, investing in altcoin really needs a very careful analysis, because it could be that what we invest instead becomes lost in vain. it is still very difficult to accept the reality, although many altcoins can move well, but more are actually reversed with the bad ones.

I strongly agree with your opinion that not to buy altcoin again, moreover you have already invested a lot in altcoin. because it is undeniable that altcoin is currently waiting to move up and move in the good direction, even though it takes time in the future.
ethereum and bitcoin are better alternatives to hold and invest now.

I stopped buying alts a few months ago. I am trading some of the alts on Bitmex futures but for long term holds I am no longer adding. Its very difficult to predict what type of market we will get even if BTC hits a new ATH in the future. This time around looking at the way the dominance index is rising, it seems that people favor BTC compared to most alts.

So I got a few alts under my belt, I added more coins in the past couple of weeks but to prevent any future loses I am not adding any more. I already had a few which were delisted and have a price of 0 Sats pretty much. Alts are very risky but the pay-off can be huge if the market starts going all in altcoins like at the beginning of 2018.

I am afraid that it would be another big fault. I have bought altcoins in a much better time period, but after a slight raise that decreased for 20-30 percent within a week. The market is still very unstable and I am trying to stay out for now.

Still a bit hesitant to buy alts at this current time and would rather focus on major coins that has lesser risk like BTC and ETH. There are exceptions though with projects that are aiming to solve the issues that a normal consumer is having against these big players in the space who are manipulating the market. One of the major telecom in Korea have now entered the scene and is aiming to eliminate how dependent we are with our local carriers and have a universal one instead. There are so much limitations from these companies, like us having no control of our data, fees, and more. Similar to how the government controls our money, and even try to control crypto which they don't even own at all.

I don't see altseason happening short-term but the future definitely looks bright for new coins in the market. As long as they deliver on their roadmap, everything should be good.

I have bought a lot ethereum half of year ago now just waiting when it starts increasing its value like bitcoin. Hope ethereum will cost 500$ by the end of this year since bitcoin returned its half of maximum price (10,000$)...

yes, I also avoid buying tokens from ICO or IEO. even if there is a good project I buy potentially new altcoins that are already registered in large exchanges and trade them, not buy when their sales are opened.
altcoin favorite now is probably the top market, because in trading they are the biggest and may have movements that would be better in market conditions like this.

Buying ICO's are too risky much better to take your call with IEO's being held inside binance. Instead of worrying for so much time of waiting IEO's can be judge after the sales ended tokens will be added right away and the value can climb if you are lucky. Aside from that buying some Alts which inside top 30 projects also gives a good chance of bouncing back and received decent profits. Do your research and trust your understanding.

I do nothing until now beside hold my ETH and Bitcoin. Maybe only that 2 coins that i believe for now. That is why i am not really look on altcoin market and not really care with that. But it is ok if people think it is altcoin season. If it is really happen, it means altcoin price will increased and a lot of people will get benefit from it.

I don’t see any reason actually why I should still continue to invest in altcoin because I have had enough of investment, of all my investment, only bitcoin and Ethereum has been giving me profits all this while. And before I see any altcoin in the market having any positive increase, it will be till next year when the altcoin season may come in.

I really don’t expect any bull run for altcoin this year since bitcoin is still the main dominant of the market now which I am not sure we will see less of this dominance until next year. My instinct is even telling me that bitcoin bull run will come and then leave before we can witness any altcoin bull run for altcoins that will still be available till next year because majority of those coins that are below 500  may start exiting the market from next year as people are mainly focusing on the top coins now.

Yes but only those Big names like ETH,LTC and XRP .
I don't think that the new alts are really worth it since most of them are dropping down insanely after their initial offering.
And I want to buy as much asI coulr and wait for the next alt season.

the reason is simply . alts these days are still on thier dumped phase so if i were you i should have grab that once in a life time oppurtunity  though they say that its okay to be contented on what we already have than becoming greed and wanting for more .

And before I see any altcoin in the market having any positive increase, it will be till next year when the altcoin season may come in.

how did you know that there will be an altcoin season next year ?  from others prediction  ? its still not guarantee mate  . alt season can come anytime of the day . just dont expect for it to come and it will come unexpectedly   .

Altcoins are still in bearish trend, even btc are bouncing back alts are not following. I think it will take time before we see a bull season for alts again, its been a long time since the last.

I dont buy alts now because I already have enough to hold for long period.

But im planning to add additional coins once I have a budget to do so.

When looking at the top coins in Coin Market Cap today I am really disappointed with altcoins.  Almost all altcoins did not escape the storm yesterday when BTC plummeted $ 2k.  Now I am only interested in the top altcoin because maybe it will be safer for me.
