we are near halving mate so better prevent from scamming,stop investing in ICO and instead Buy real currencies like Bitcoin and the top 30 altcoins.

You will only risking your money investing in ICO as they are mostly  scammers and we have already proven that.

why not Buy Bitcoin,Ripple,BNB and Cardano.

I suggest to buy btc first before investing in altcoins. This should be the first move you should do before risking your money in some altcoins. Btc would always be worth of investing. Atlcoins like ETH, BNB and XLM are my best choice to invest and also secure these coins in trusted wallet. Don't ever try to trust anyone of your private keys and make sure that you're updated to these coins.

It looks like the majority of altcoins are performing to follow the bitcoin trend. there are some coins who have been performing against the trend that already gained by bitcoin. Some altcoins were still getting very good performance dude and i think people are still investing in altcoin. Altcoin can do the same as link did in 2019

Don’t just stay in holding if you are not ready to keep for that long because there are so many people here pretending to be holder but when there are big drop they are the first one to sell and make the market more panicking so better sure your capacity before convincing yourself to be a Holder.

That's been the best strategy we should always plan in cryptocurrency when the altcoin prices are in an uptrend we should not invest them. In one case, we might see the downturn, which is a very good opportunity to grab them, so wait for the market fluctuation and it will help you to make some decent profit.

Someone had been buying a lot of JRT, I didn't wonder why but I might just be giving it a go also because I'm all for Defi and decentralization. Buying altcoins when it still cheap is a role of investment but people need to atleast invest 70-80% of their fund in Bitcoin cause it market momentum is what will determine the altcoin market momentum. With that been said, none of the altcoin you mentioned worth investing because of there previous trend during the bullish market and i wil advise you to choose altcoin like ETH, MIXIN, Monero, ZEC, NRG etc.

not all altcoins are bad and not good, there are still many good ones and can have the ability to keep moving towards improvement. ethereum, BNB, XRP are good enough if you want to be an investment. because altcoin can be a mainstay in the future. do not hesitate to analyze briefly that the top-ranked altcoin is still eligible for future investment.
