There is obviously no way to eliminate scammers from launching new projects, you just need common sense when investing. Most people who follow hype get so anxious when they see a project with much hype and then invest without even doing thorough research on the project. Investors nowadays are usually very skeptical since many have been scammed in the past.

Yes, I agree with you it is better to eliminate the risk of the scammer. Many scammers is clever to make a real project, so investors are now afraid of such a thing.
Maybe the only way only IEO can replace the ICO for now. Minimum risk because it is managed by the top exchange like Binance.

Eliminating scammers sounds so easy but in the real sense, it will be impossible to implement. I would rather you say we all should be extremely careful before making any investment in any token sale. No matter how you put it, IEO, STO, ICO we need proper due diligence before investing, although IEO on very reputable exchanges are usually legit.

We can't eliminate all scammers from cryptocurrency. By rules follow we can be minimize scammers project. After ICO success scammers was emerge and now by IEO scammers is emerging with new plans. KYC by passport all developers team can minimize more scam project.

2017 has been a good year for crypto investors because coin prices have risen sharply. As for the current conditions, the cryptocurrency market is not very good so investors prefer to wait and see rather than aggressively in markets or newly launched projects.

Now there is IEO, why is it currently very difficult to attract investors in this kind of project? that's because investors don't see big profits in this place. A downward trend means that the ICO/IEO market does not have much interest, and coupled with crypto which has not skyrocketed yet. When the market has started to rise in cryptocurrency and the return of profits, investors will arrive.

This is the reason why very few people invest in ICOs. Due to a series of scams taking place in 2017 and 2018.

And to rebuild trust is difficult because to this day it continues to grow. I know crypto was developed to be anonymous but we need to get some regulation out there to stop scammers. Investors like me are finding a project that can attract our eyes. There are many projects that have high returns but we are very carefully on choosing project to protect the capital from scammers.

Having a good marketing team can promote a good projects. Those successful ico have good marketing team and that's why they are always achieving their softcap.

The market situation just made it worst, where normally investors avoid investing since the crypto price dipped really hard. In addition, they must market the project to several ventures so that the project can run first while waiting for more investors. Trust is the most important factor in finding investors for a new project

Yes, a roadmap or whitepaper can be made as good as possible by anyone. The occurrence of many ICO scams last year left many investors traumatized and this made it difficult for new projects to obtain funding or attract investors. But if the new project is able to hold an advisor who is well known to the crypto community, I think this can help restore investor confidence in investing

I think it is difficult to attract investors with big money to cryptocurrencies because they are soberly assessing the situation and are not used to such big risks. Just in the cryptocurrency industry scares serious investors abundance of fraudulent ICO. This kind of token sale should disappear and be replaced entirely by IEO and STO. Big money will come into the cryptocurrency industry when it is strictly regulated and investors will receive protection from the state.

Without regulation is the main problem of this situation, if there are a proper guideline and a set of rules then it would not happen in this system, A lot of fake and scam project lunched in 2017 and 2018, during this time, a lot of real investors came to this platform and lost huge investment, so they have lost attention towards this cryptocurrency platform further investment, I think it's a warning but not all things went wrong, New days will come and new investors will also come to this platform when they will get the favorite environment of investment, so we have to wait for more days. Maybe one of the main reason why it is very hard for us to attract investors is because the investors lose already the trust that has been build by those scam projects so that maybe that is one of the main reason why it is very hard for us to look and attract the investors to invest in the projects or in the icos.

Scam projects is really hard to determine since there're no active regulation who took care for this serious concerns. Regaining people's trust on ICO still impossible for now due to bad experiences happened last few years. However the investors were now more observant that's why it tooks so hard for some projects to obtain success these days.
