Anyone can get scam, if you think you are perfect you are only fooling yourself, no one is perfect, before you can invest in a project you must have trusted the project right? what if you trust the wrong projects? mostly get scammed for not learning about crypto first but still yet even crypto experts do get scammed

That's part of the risk, but we will not easily get scammed if we study the project and with lots of resources online, for sure we can find relevant information that would help us to make the right decision, we need to not only focus on limited resources, explore and study as much as we can as we are risking our money here and this is very important to us.

Even those we think that already gained trust from the community can scam the project out. Scammers have a lots of different ways to make things looks very presentable and decent placing investors to believe that it's really good to invest in. We are still in the stage that even you do the hard work researching chances of getting scam is still possible. Keep working hard to avoid getting scammed.

Negligence is when you see obvious signs, and you choose to ignore due to some cloudy news.

This is very true, I could say that informational bubbles should be view as another, valid reason.
We saw that done before, bitconnect used such technique, they started their own info/news platform.
The moment it got recognised by search-engines as valid and "trustworthy" the bubble began to grow.
Fake info originated from biased platform was included in "normal" search results and a lot of people felt for it.
Always better to ask independent people for what they think, multiple sources have to be faced, once you get lazy and accept first page stuff, you are on the scope of a scammer.

greed is not really the problem! people are risking on the project as we said to risk is to earn. the bigger the risk the better the profit.

What if we do study it and make a lot of research and it turned that project is one of the best in the community and the future.

Your points are very correct. Most times people fall into scam project because of greed, you see them investing because of the huge reward or bonus given during sales, so they want to accumulate,and so they invest without doing proper research about the project. Research is very important before investing. So we can say lack of research can also lead to scam.

Of course, lack of research is one of the main causes why people fall into scam projects although some scam projects cannot be identified even after performing research on them. Regulations by platforms where cryptocurrency projects are hosted can also be of great help in eliminating scam projects. In the view of this, the platforms will request for proof of doc and run some checks on the projects before hosting them on the platform and this will reduce significantly the scam projects.

Another important point is that supervision of crypto is weak so that the ambition of scammers in committing fraud is quite large. they will deceive many people easily and in various ways because surveillance of cryptocurrency itself is currently so weak globally,of course if supervision is tighter and fraud will be reduced to a lower level

I have some thoughts, who should be blamed? The one who got scammed or the scammer?
Since for example, it we say "No one will get scammed if there is no scammer", just like that?
I know, as of today it's difficult to stop or prevent scammers especially our own government created some laws about that AND make sense, we are in cryptocurrency world, scams here are very very well-known.

Wrong (2&3), main problem is stupidity.  Due to stupidity peoples falling in scam. Peoples act immediately once they find any greedy offer. They can't do their own diligence on any projects or offers. Everyone should understand that nothing is free on the world and it could not be. So why we should much exited when we see free money, bonuses & greedy returns. Once you don't have enough knowledge about anything than you should avoid that matter. According to report, the umber one reason people get scammed is due to greed. they want a item that cost say $500 for $150, this scammers therefore take advantage of your greediness in scamming you. Stop being Greedy, and there is a high probability you wont get scammed

Many people thinks that taking risks in crypto is the way but they are damn wrong, if one don't know where to place his risks it will always end in losses, people are addicted to greedy offers from developers and once they see one they want to take the risk

actually, it's not 100% our fault. Some people have done research on projects that are good enough, but in the end, it was a scam. Well, there are quite a lot of scams that can be done, some people even have given a red flag in several projects after it's done.

even though we have done research, we must continue to monitor the project. sometimes, a bad project always cheats at the end of the sale, or after the sale. things like that that are hard to avoid.

I also think complete ignorance is a big factor as well where user have no prior knowledge or understanding of how blockchain works in general. They just hopped into traps and get stuck in it.
