You talked about Service node tech, has it been developed yet? It appears you need a pretty good business plan, Marketing, and Sales departments in order to promote your business. You need a customer and an operator, in order for your operators (investors) to profit they need to run your services, they can only run services if there is a demand. I'm interested to know more about plans for creating demand for your products.

We are using many avenues to get our services marketed for, namely for our blockchain infrastructure hosting vertical; we rely on coin partnerships like the one we have with coins like Strong Hands and PACGlobal. Two very awesome communities we assist with their hosting needs among others.

Thank you for the kind words! This is something I have been seeing and telling everyone I know within this marketplace. What people have forgotten is that this is software. Software can be used as we command it! MasterNodes are just a function of the network, and people in this market have gotten lost in seeing masternodes as investment vehicles when indeed they are tools for the network to succeed and create a layer of security. However, a cryptocurrency should be more than just a reiteration of the technologies that preceded it. A true coin and blockchain organization should be building new technologies that further the ideals that brought us here.

While we do use DASH technology in our stack, we only use it for its' function and base to further build out our technologies which enable our blockchain powered services and platforms. We are steering away from those ROI norms for anonymizing transactions through nodes, and providing utility payments based on their service rendered instead. Hence, our low emmitance rates. We also open our operators of such nodes to host our infrastructure where real money can be made by being compensated for utilization of a common server system. --Not too different to investing in mining hardware for your favorite coin.

This is what happens if a team runs a project without clear information and only simply displays some team photos without any links. I hope the truth will soon be revealed behind this Zentoshi drama. Cheesy

First of all I have to say I looked at the OP and read all of the 50 current posts in the thread at the time I posted this. I then I went to the website to look around.

In a nutshell, there are too many red flags for any investor to actually take this seriously. Maybe some bounty hunters would consider participating for some of those 7000 tokens up for grabs even if they know this project is not trustworthy because they might hope to sell as soon as they can providing they even receive their bounty in the first place.

So, here are some of the problems surrounding this project which makes me advise all potential investors and all potential bounty participants to stay well away from it.

RED FLAG #1 - The number of newbies attracted to this project
- There are a total of 50 posts in this thread excluding my one. Mine is post #51:

- Thread Page 1 posts: OP=5  Newbies=14  Full Member=1
- Thread Page 2 posts: OP=8  Newbies=6    Full Member=2  Member=2   Legendary=2
- Thread Page 3 posts: OP=3  Newbies=3    Full Member=1  Member=1   Hero Member=1  Snr Member=1

Of the posts made in this thread (excluding posts from the thread starter and those questioning its integrity necromastery x1, mine x1 and mosprognoz x1), it is dominated with newbies making around 72% (or 23 out of 32) posts.

RED FLAG #2 - The background of those newbies attracted to this project
- I will not focus on this aspect too much because there are too many newbies to list but picking up on just a handful from the first page of this thread.

User Pierre Dilecto in particular made laugh with an unbelievable amount of knowledge in this field compared to the other sock-puppets, just read his two posts.

RED FLAG #3 - The website is unforgivably pathetic
https://www.zentoshi.com/about-us
- It tells us nothing about who the actual people are with full names behind this project are
- It tells us nothing about any LLC that might be owning this project such as location, name, incorporation number - nothing

- The links in the footer for the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Policy" do not work, they are diverted to:

- the footer shows "© 2019 All rights reserved. Zentoshi Limited Liability Company" which allowed a quick search to bring this up: https://www.bizapedia.com/wy/zentoshi-limited-liability-company.html
This information should be available in the About Us pages and via the FAQ too but it is not there along with names. MICHAEL WEINRUB is listed as the Organiser.

I can add more red flags but will stop here as I made my point. As mentioned earlier I would advise all potential investors and all potential bounty participants to stay well away from this project.

As for the viability of this project along with the ethos, objectives and technology behind it, it requires more investigation but for now I will stop short of calling this project a scam because so far:

 - they have made ridiculous errors on their website which will most probably be blamed on an oversight
 - seem to have deliberately hidden real information about the team behind this project
 - they have some sort of sock-puppet paid shills service pumping this Announcement thread
 - Not linked directly on their website for visitors again not giving full Team information: https://www.zentoshi.com/media/Zentoshi-Whitepaper-SD.pdf

I hope the Zentoshi team can clarify the above issues.
Also, since they mentioned that they are legally registered in the US, can they show us proof of that document?
And using the TM-symbol found on their whitepaper, is that authentic?

That’s a lot of red flag. Zentoshi team needs to look into this. I had to look again, and project seems to be a work in progress. I’ll suggest the team go slow on this one. Bitcointalk is a good platform to talk about a new masternode project. Like I said, more competition in this field would be very much appreciated. But you have to make it a really good competition. Start with your ANN post by OP, make use of the editing tools on Bitcointalk and make your post professional.

I hope the Zentoshi team can clarify the above issues.
Also, since they mentioned that they are legally registered in the US, can they show us proof of that document?

I do hope they come up with good answers.
And about the TM symbol, it’s actually not a thing. Trade Mark is different from Registered Mark known as a Capital R in a circle. They could use the TM symbol without registration. I’ll advise the team to get the name registered a soon as they can, it’s going to be a long day.

Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is a legally registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Wyoming, United States which was incorporated on October 23, 2018. The company is current in all of its filings and is in good standing (State filing ID: 2018-000825660). More information about the company's corporate status and filing information can be found here:
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=029068139148032188088010133253178194132190252116

The Organizer of the LLC is Michael Weinrub, a.k.a. Michael, who is the CEO of Zentoshi Limited Liability Company.

On October 23, 2018, Zentoshi registered under the provisions of House Bill (HB-70) which grants treatment of ZenX as a utility currency. Documentation on House Bill (HB-70) can be found here: https://trackbill.com/bill/wyoming-house-bill-70-open-blockchain-tokens-exemptions/1536046/

Due to the nature of ZenX as a utility currency, its purpose is to create an infrastructure which allows independent operators to bring elements of their own businesses into the Zentoshi Microcosm, earn a piece of the pie, offer additional services to users, and overall, the more entities that enter the Microcosm, the more useful the currency will become. On top of this, Zentoshi Limited Liability Company is already working to create three of its own services within the Microcosm (SunnyNode, CloudGSP and ZentoshiPay, which are detailed in the Whitepaper). Banking on the success of these three services, which will be the first within the Microcosm, is our way of trying to be the first to prove our use case.
To address part of the "lack of socials" issue which was raised, part of this was oversight and we should have made an effort to get as many of our project contributors as we could to supply us with their social media. The second part of this which I want to address, I had attempted to clarify earlier. We are a Limited Liability Company and we have regulations within the United States and the State of Wyoming that dictate employer-employee relations. There are also only two members who own actual shares of the LLC itself, those are the CEO  (Michael Weinrub) and the COO (Jonathan Vila), whose LinkedIn profiles were made available prior to, and in, our announcement post. Many of our project contributors are volunteers, and we cannot force them to have public facing social media linked to the project. In the interim of the issues raised, we've messaged all of our staff and have solicited social media information from any staff willing- and several have given us this information.

We're going to work to address the constructive criticisms where we can, and we welcome more.

There is nothing but genuine intentions here. We are a real project, with a real business, and a real blockchain. Not many projects on here can say that, even most of these announcements have anonymous posting, projects like:
Monero which has over 400k views: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

No where is the team stated and Monero has been around for years operating like this. We understand we're a new project, and users might be jaded, but your "red flags" aren't consistent on all your announcements just the ones you choose to target.
Again another thread displaying this that is on the front page with a high number of views and involvement:
Deeponion
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2683530.0

You will find the team doesn't even have first names yet you are not there posting big red letters, to actual investors I say this, join our discord, talk to us. Don't let other people posting big red letters, poking holes that anyone can do at any project stray you away from your own decision making. Make your own decisions, bitcoin originally came out no one knew who the team was, but the technology was fascinating and now years later we are here and we still don't know who Satoshi is. Our faces are on there, we posted our linkedin and part of the team is attached. Look at our technology, we'll be releasing testnet soon for you to try, actually read our whitepaper which contains all of our information and decide on our business whether it's the right fit for you, either ways we plan on being here for a long time.
Thank you for your interest, please continue posting questions about the project we welcome all constructive criticism and questions.

@ ZentoshiOfficial - Please answer the following three questions. Thank you.

1) Why are over 70% of the posts from alleged interested parties in this thread of 3 pages made by newbies?

2) Why would newbie user accounts clearly associated with scammers that offer their services to pump threads for a few USD$ in the hope generating fake buzz be posting here to pump this thread?

3) Why are the https://www.zentoshi.com/ footer links for the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Policy" diverted to a page about boilers and boiler plates over 12 hours after I highlighted the issue in my previous post?

Deeponion

Deeponion was a biggest airdrop scam in crypto history. Here is the trust page of OP

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=321080

Bitcointalk has unofficial rules for any legit project

1. Project must be transparent and all identities of team members must be revealed. (Limks to social media platforms profiles are necessary)

2. Thread should be NOT BUMPED with hired paid shills and  low quality shitposters, because that is the first sign of scam.

Good Morning everyone,

We are unaware of any unofficial rules, in regards to this:

We have not spent any budget whatsoever on hired paid shills or anything. Our project was bumped by a hero member who personally reached out to us and really took a liking to this project after the announcement was made, for the most part we were at page 4. Since then he personally posted us on his own channels and bitcointalk threads that he hosts about masternode coins. This was out of his own free will, we did not pay him.
These can be found here:

You are free to consult him personally and confirm this.

In regards to newbie accounts or posts early on,
We made an announcement to our community that we were making a bttann post and to ask any questions or show support to us there, these aren't paid they are just people genuinely interested in our project and that have questions. They were the first to pay attention to our thread since we posted a link in discord, and for the most part we were at the bottom of the pages in this Altcoin Announcements, so for many of you, you were unable to find us.

In terms of the project being transparent, I have procured a list in hopes to remedy this issue and abide by the unofficial rules listed (I will edit this post and grow it as more of our team members agree to share):

I hope this will put your minds at ease, and we can move forward to questions about the technology or the project itself,

Please check my above answers for 1-2, we haven't spent a single dollar/btc/eth etc on any generation of fake buzz.
In terms of your question about Terms and Conditions and Policy,
Our project isn't live yet. We will be live on November 7th, this is still on our to do list and we're talking with a legal team procuring such documents, we'll have it up by the 7th of November when we are officially live. We'd like to remind everyone that we're announcing our project to your community as we are at the home stretch of developing for over a year and a half. We started out a year ago as just devs trying to push the boundaries of current blockchain technology into something new and progress it. Since then we've built a business around that technology and are at the final bits. We appreciate all concerns, please let us know if you have anymore questions,

This is much more better. You should post all that info on your website and ANN. I suggest you to make that corrections and post full names of developers including links provided above. I will close the topic regarding your team. I guess you understand now how the legit project must be announced here on bitcointalk. Also avoid newbie bumping and shitposting in your thread, because it is useless according to new rules.

Then why would newbies associated with sock-puppet accounts be using your thread to ask amazing questions to entice an apt response?

Those sock-puppet scammer accounts have not been busy on mega project threads such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP or anything else but somehow they woke up one day and literally said "HALLELUJAH PRAISE THE LORD" and were somehow guided by divine intervention to your announcement thread? Even those ridiculous ones that woke up after a 2 year period of inactivity just to wake up to post here then vanish again?

What little benefit of the doubt I was giving you is almost eroded. Pathetic. Instead of owning up and saying you made a mistake by hiring a paid shill team you claim innocence.

Since you paragraphed everything together and it would misdirect I decided to spread out response.

I was fairly sure you would post in the format you did and again there is nothing impressive about it because any sort of misdirection you have an opportunity to use is going to be taken.

Having said that let us analyse what you wrote....

You are listing Terms and Condition plus Privacy policy on a website that you are diverting people for a project that is supposed to go live on 7th November 2019 but you are saying your legal team has not completed the documents? Knowing that you are promoting your whitepaper and allowing people to visit your site and sign up WITHOUT teling them what the terms actually are and how their data will be used because the privacy policy does not exist?

In simple terms if your website is not ready why are you promoting your project using it? That is one of the worst things you can do as a business. Lack of Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy clearly shows as a business you and your team are inept as far as commerce is comncerned.

Give it up, stop right here and do not think about getting rich of the back of a token that will make you rich. If you really had been pushing the boundaries of blockchain for over a year then you would have had a complete product by now with no requirement for a token sale.

I am done with this subject about giving you the benefit of any doubt. I still will not say you are scammers but I will say that you are an amatuer who is way out of his league here and if the token sale goes ahead you will make some money and within months the project will be officially dead even though unofficially it will probably die immediately after the token sale regardless of soft/hard caps.

That has to be taken in consideration by OP. I really hope that all our remarks will be a good lesson for them. I also posted a warning regarding paid shills and thread bumpers
