Altcoins to go crazy again once Bitcoin reaches 20k?

I still believe another altcoin session will come again. Bitcoin will probably reach above $ 40K, and after that altcoin follows it. but I can't predict when that time will come. say it will come after halving, I hope like that. and all returned to the party at a spectacular cryptocurrency session like the end of 2017.

I'm not sure about to see the next altcoin season and here's my reason as you can see, ATH of altcoin already achieved when almost all of the crypto traders and investors bought ICO. This time it looks very different consider that fewer people are interesting to repurchase ICO or IEO. You can try to create a comparison between ethereum chart when bitcoin was reached 10k in 2018 and the latest chart right now. I thought that you can get a conclusion about that.

I don't even find any correlation between the bitcoin pump and altcoin pump. The only relationship that i could found that from the market when bitcoin pumps and altcoin gets dumped but when altcoin dumped and bitcoin gets pumped. .

this is a question that keeps being asked over and over again. the answer is always the same. the altcoin pumps will come.

but the problem is that if you think bag holding something and hoping it gets pumped to the price you bought it at, is not going to give you back the money you lost. most of the coins you are currently bag holding will be dead by the time next pump begins and those that don't die and do get pumped, won't get pumped nearly as much as before!

so don't get your hopes up. and instead try to learn how to really make profit from pump and dumps without bag holding!

To be honest we are now on alt season. I mean this is right time to buy altcoin if you have enough money to take risk. I mention risk because every investment is quite risky on crypto-currency field. Because you should afford loss during huge dump. Anyway, when btc was 3K alts were shown good trend. And yes it's true most of traders increased their bitcoin that time. But when bitcoin touch 14K all altcoin dump more than 10X. So how we could expect that altcoin will bump when bitcoin will touch 20K although market could move even tomorrow. No one can say when pump will start exactly.

IMO everybody now is more careful, more cautious than the alt boom in 2017. Even if we see a new 20K Bitcoin, people will stick to Bitcoin and the few main Alts. Nobody will rush itself into unknown alts just because Bitcoin is 20K again.

I am counting on that, unknown alts probably come later again. For the starters i am counting people for going for the older alts, and then there could be something new replacing the fomo of icos/ieos we had. My bet would be huge markets on collectables but that's just a wild guess. Some STO platform could start a trend too, it's really anyone's guess but to guess right on that lottery could be a life changing move.

For me it is definitely yes, as you can some altcoin are paired with bitcoin so once the price of bitcoin become high, the price of altcoin will also become high. But sometime we might see an altcoin season without any pump of bitcoin. The altcoin season is already happen few weeks or months ago so I think the next altcoin season might happen in the next bull run.

At present, there are not many signs of this return because the volatility of the market is making a lot of investors more careful in investing altcoins. Most when investing in altcoin people only care about profit and not many investors hold this time because high risk is the main reason why they feel scared. I'm not sure when the altcoin season comes but things often happen unexpectedly so please keep patient.

There are of course hundreds of different opportunities in this market but you need to have faith in your investment because if you feel nervous investing you will never make a good profit.

yes we will see the altcoin season again when bitcoin reaches the price of $ 20k. and I'm optimistic that bitcoin will be a bullrun next year because at that time bitcoin is halving day.
if we look at the rise and fall in the price of bitcoin always have an impact on the price of altcoin. like a 30% increase in bitcoin yesterday almost all altcoins also experienced an increase. I think there really is a direct correlation between bitcoin and altcoin.

Ofcourse it will, the btc pair is up and altcoin price won't down in btc pair or even it's down it won't much.
So, literally the price will increase too in fiat. and after a moment when BTC got stable in 20k. Altseason will happen and we'll see the rise of altcoins

it's very possible, if bitcoin soars, the btc pair bitcoin will increase as well then affect the whole pair, so it will increase very high, on the contrary if the bitcoin falls btc pair will also decrease, therefore I think the increase in bitcoin will have an impact on altcoin as well.

We can't say that because of the past experience we had during the 2018 and 2019. During these periods we had difficulties of seeing a fair market place where altcoins grow with Bitcoin. Although we wish this can happen because it has over due for us to experience this type of change. Bitcoin dorminance is likely to allow altcoins grow again as we expect.

Yep, I see a good correlation there. If Bitcoin touches all-time high and goes above $20k it means that the public's enthusiasm is high, when many of them are new and welcome this technology, then they will also see the potential that can be produced by other cryptocurrency and eventually they will realize that Bitcoin not the only one there. But there are lots of coins/tokens that have different uses. I think this is one of the causes of the hype of altcoin.

Value of altcoins let it be increase or decrease is completely dependent on the value of bitcoin. So it's pretty obvious that the value of altcoins will go up if the value of bitcoin increases but when bitcoin reached $13k it was short lived and the value of altcoins did not pump as expected except the recovery of ETH.

Let's see how it works this time and I think altcoins need to do something on their own to stop being dependent on bitcoin for further pumps.

There is no impossible thing on cryptocurrency even it is altcoin which can many people say it is just end up to shitcoin but nobody who will know it will end. Just sailing on coinmarketcap recently and I found some interesting coin. I found an altcoin and its price at 2017 ago was $900 even more but now it altcoins price just $0.0008 it worst IMO. Yeah indeed, when bitcoin price goes up then there will be many altcoin who will up as well but I doubt the situation will stay longer and be back again when its price touch the lower price. If you interested to invest on altcoin then it will be better just choose it for short term investment.

I think not all Altcoins will also increased it's price when bitcoin reaches it's price up to 20k USD again due to bitcoin's dominance and other top altcoins like BNB, ETH, XMR, LTC and etc. that all investors will put all of their money to it, that is why no doubt that altcoins that has a less than $1 price will automatically decreased it's price.

There is great tendency that it will have great impact on good altcoins, because most investors will be selective. Altcoins like ETH, BCH XRP, EOS LINK and the likes will be well influenced on a positive note, even in the phase of manipulations, but the might not be direct correlation.

The brightness of the altcoin price come back to the level of the year 2017 crypto  boom is less than 50%.
Ethereum as a case study was trading at $1500+ then but the upward thread at the moment is not that encouraging, it should be around 5% of the actual btc price in order to catch up with the historical highest price when btc hits $20K.

Though we should expect some increase in the altcoin price but not as high as the 2017 btc highest price value.
