What is happening with ETHEREUM Now?

I wouldn't worry about Ethereum. It is still the best for smart contracts, and I expect we will see decent price rises before too long. Everything has suffered through 2018 and onwards, and Ethereum has perhaps taken more than its fair share of losss. But I do expect it to bounce back strongly, the coin and its use-case are still hugely strong.

the 2018 nightmare is still in effect thats why we cannot expect more,what we must be thankful that atleast we are on the average value now not like in the beginning of 2018 when re fall the lowest record from 2017.

That's great because you trusted ETH, it still has a decent volume rank number 2 so it would say that majority still trust ETH.

Bear market is not new in the crypto space, we've experience this before, we were given a chance to sell at a good profit when there was a bull run, now we should also bear with the market, getting panic because of what is happening is a bad idea, this market struggle or die in the eyes of some people but it will eventually rise again.

I also still believe in ethereum. the proof is I still have some ETH, preparation for ETH 2.0. however, we have been in the bear market for a long time. when the price of ETH pump, I'm sure the price will be better. holders many feel the effects of 2018, especially at the end of 2018 where ethereum prices are less than $ 100, and sell them because of panic selling.
at this time, we just need to wait. when the price of ethereum exceeds the price of $ 200, I think the development will start from then. however the price of ethereum has once reached $ 350 this year, I quite believe that will happen again in the coming year.

The ETHBTC chart is actually looking pretty bullish. It's a sign that we might get some type of alt season finally. I am expecting that the ratio might hit at least 0.03 or 0.04 which will be pretty impressive but we won't see ratios like we did during the 2017 bull market.

The ETHBTC is inversely proportional to the BTCUSD actually if you look at them both. And pretty soon we might get a top in ETHBTC and if it breaks resistance we might get highs on ETHBTC but BTCUSD might be crashing down.

In the last week or so it seem many were selling their BTC for ETH like we witnessed on Binance.

I am seeing something similar, even if bitcoin and ethereum are both going down against fiat we can see that bitcoin is losing ground faster than ethereum, for those holding ethereum this should be a good news since ethereum is showing a greater resistance to go down than bitcoin so the support ethereum has is greater than the support that bitcoin has, but what is needed for ethereum to recover significantly is for bitcoin to remain static for some time so investors can put attention to it and decide to invest in ETH.

The value of the coins sticks to a certain price playing around while going high and going low. It's a big problem for the investors because their investment are just being stagnant in the market. On the case of Ethereum, knowing that its price rely mostly on bitcoin, you can see the root cause on why its price stays on that certain limit, it was because bitcoin is also experiencing it.

How come bro you need to think the volume and circulation of both are cryptocurrencies sensor ranks second still ethereum volume and circulation is lower than BTC only. So obviously the price will be followed as per the changes we see the price changes in the marketplace.

Today ETH price dropped down to around 150$ and that's a discouraging sign for the newcomers surely. I see that the BTC price decreased too, and the whole crypto market is still struggling right now. Without doubt it'll turn to be more valuable, because it has shown such a high level of growth in the past compared to rest of the altcoins. If it hasn't got the potential it can't be reached. The market has experienced a crash, so is the ethereum. This has fallen low to $150, and now there is small percentage growth taking the price above $150. Though there is more special things to happen leading to growth there is panic among people to invest. People who don't think of anything keep on investing as it seems to be the right occasion.

Ethereum seems to have reached a drastic increase in 2017. Until now I have not gotten the latest updates on the development of Ethereum from Vitalik itself. First you should look at the market, we all know market condition is sluggish and will effect all coin not only ethereum, even bitcoin stuck in range 8-9k, even worse few day ago, it break to 6,9k.
So it normal for eth hit 150-180$, while btc in range 7-8k.

I also wonder why there is no good progress on the price of ethereum and also see the price of bitcoin going down, this price correction looks painful for everyone who holds ETH, I hope it won't go below $ 100 because yesterday ethereum prices touched a low price below $ 140 and I only bought it some ETH, I'm with you and the people here see the big players throw cheap and we buy it I don't think it's foolish to buy it cheap

ETH is moving with the market, that's all that's happening now. The drop in ETH price has nothing to do with ETH itself, and more to do with the overall market sentiment. Confidence is low, particularly after the China stuff. When confidence is already low it can only take a little thing to start a small sell-off, which leads to a bigger sell-off, which leads to widespread panic-selling, which leads to significant price drops.

Don't be concerned about ETH itself - the project is still great and it has a bright future.

The conditions of the market are terrible, I think that we can finally confirm that we are in a new bear market, the price not only went down very quickly but it is also giving signs that it wants to go down even further and this is no good news for all of those that are holding altcoins because most likely what we're going to see is that people will begin to panic and will sell those coins and buy bitcoin or in the worst cases scenario they will begin to sell for fiat afraid that something similar happens to what happened in 2018.

The circulation is lower because ETH is an altcoins and BTC beat all altcoins based on its dominance rate of 66% now.

So obviously the price will be followed as per the changes we see the price changes in the marketplace.

It should not follow if ETH's development is good because at some point in the past, I witnessed how some altcoins and ETH has rise despite BTC has sometimes struggle.
