It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.

Same here, the longest break for me was about 30 days, when there were no internet where I was staying.

Although I gamble, at least a little bit, almost every day, I have a break, from 24 to 48 hours, each week. I like gambling, but you can't continuously enjoy something without an interruption. And the longer the interruption the  more you enjoy the game afterwards, so I highly recommend this practice to all gamblers.

I Know the feeling because gambling is a activity that harder to ignore or deny specially if you are already Playing for Years or more.

30 days with no internet ? cant imagine to live on that place man . what if we have business we need to check our email or in case of gambling we need to login most of the time to claim bonuses   . however that is good if you really wanted to have a peace of mind from work and escape stress or relax for a while  . here on province , there are now many satelites even a few  so there will always be internet tho the signal is not strong enough when compare to living on a city   . playing gambling can give you interuption especially on day time . thats why i only play at early morning for less traffic

 Yeah internet is just too vital part of our lives nowadays, there is no way I can live without internet for 30 days straight, I would probably go crazy, hell I wouldn't even remember newspapers when I want to know more about the world. I go visit my moms time to time and they do not have wifi, so I have to go to internet using my mobile plan for the duration and even that becomes difficult after first few days.

 However I am sure it must have a freeing feeling, I mean there must be some sort of getting used to part but after you adjust to it, I am sure you must get a lot more done when doing your chores. Think about it, how much internet actually crowds your day and all the time you spend on the internet, without it you must probably feel like you have soooo much free time in your hands.

I stopped gambling for a few months after I lost a couple of grand on one stupid football game. I’m now way better at limiting myself to smaller bets. Winning big is great but it’s no fun when you have so much riding on it, I much prefer to bet smaller & if I lose it doesn’t matter so much.

   I gamble like that, I bet small and usually I win small, but if I lose I don't care much about it. I never
gambled with more than $10! it's some maximum for me.
   Now I don't make long breaks because online gambling made everything easier. Before when I was
younger and we didn't have online gambling I had long breaks, but now I don't think about that I just
play when I have a wish for that!

It was more than 3 years ago, actually. And, of course, I could arrange internet access for myself if I wanted to, but I just didn't. Since then I'm happy if I manage to have 2 days like that in a month, but it's harder and harder to achieve. And it's not because I'm addicted to gambling, no, far from it. It's because I'm addicted to the Internet.

And cos I usually play dice for a minute or two, at least, whenever I have hours of internet connection, I can say that for the past 3+ years, the max break from gambling I can get is less than 2 days.

That's the challenge here if you want to take a break, you need to have a discipline to stay away from the site you are used to playing with.
With online site, its just one click in your computer and you can start gambling, more temptation, means more discipline.

Between 2013 and 2017 I haven't gambled, I mean maybe here and there quick things to check something out for my work but it wasn't really gambling because I either didn't spend any money and was only testing with "play money" the casinos have for testing, or it was quite small amount that wasn't really important.

After 2017 I got out of that job and got into a new job which is a bit entertaining and involves gambling itself so I do go and gamble in some places time to time nowadays, not frequently, not as much as I gambled before 2013 for example, those were some days I gambled like hell, I do not gamble that much anymore at all, however it is still more gambling than my hiatus so I can consider that 4 years as the longest period of time I haven't gambled at all.

Because of the gambling online anyone who have internet access can play, but once you do not have that you can't play gambling when you are in Island who the signal is very slow or no internet connection. But now many people are can break more months becaude of the lockdown in every city and every country because of the coronavirus.

But longest time was unusual since I had some real life issues and a big lose in same time(2 years ago). I toke a break for a half of year. but I got my listen and used a proper strategy after that time

This is a good attitude, you don't want yourself to lose any further, and this is a good attitude for gamblers to avoid more loses and reflect on why he loses that much. Discipline is the first thing that a person should have before he start to have an interest to learn gambling because once you get into gambling it will be hard for you to get out of it, if you ever dream to financially earn from gambling, that is why you should only gamble for fun and leisure time for you to be able to control yourself easily.

Good for you, it will take more time for you to stay away from gambling since there's lockdown that's been implemented, instead of using your money
into gambling better to use it to feed your families or save it and reserved it we don't know how long the lockdown will take place so better to have
something inside your wallet for emergency cases.

That is just right. People should not really pursue their gambling activities right now as casinos are closed and people are just risking their money more with the games they will be betting on that they don't usually do. That is the right path you take and people should really focus on taking care of their family than taking care of their vices.

It's been a long time now since I stop gambling. I only bet for basketball games and as of now, there are no games from the NBA and here in my country's league.
I will be back once everything is okay again.
BTW another fact about this Basketball sports. NBA will loose 1 BILLION USD if the season will not continue.
We are now in a very dangerous and hard time (the whole world) and even gambling in Vegas is not open also.
We are losing the Economy and we should help the world to start a new life. Earth is healing.

You are not forced to gamble and set your priorities first before leisure. Casinos are there even after the quarantine period and if you have extra money and you want to have fun, you can do it.

So as long as this quarantine period hasn't expired, many are in a break.
