I had series of deposits on your platform with same amount like for example 0.06 and 0.05 eth, sometime the values are 10$ to 12$, or it does automatically pegged on average price on market? That guy claimed that Roobet did not pay him, he posted a video to talk about Roobet activities. I am not sure his evidence is sufficient to prove the wrong operation from Roobet. But it is a bad allegation and I think Roobet should resolve it as soon as possible  Wait and see how you will handle it!

I believe they pegged the convert rate at the time each deposit has been made.

The pegged convert rate by using the cryptocurrency market price, so each convert rate will be always changing at the time you are deposit transaction.

So can anyone verify that they were able to withdraw something larger than $10 from roobet?

Minimum withdrawal 10$, so you need to withdrawal more than 10$ also don't forget to count the fee transaction around 0.5$-1$ depending on the network.

I do not believe in such allegations especially in newly created accounts or merely hiding alt.

It doesn't matter if he is a newbie or someone else's alt. I don't know how to explain, but that's the fact, I feel panic when I see the Dollar value but not the Bitcoin value. Maybe because of the decimal value. In almost all the sites I use (Primedice, stake, crypto.games, sportsbet etc), if you deposit Bitcoin, the balance will be shown in Bitcoin not in Dollar value.

Moreover, we all know that Bitcoin price is highly volatile. Lets assume you deposit 1 BTC today in Roobet you will be credited with something around 9300$, what if the price suddenly shoots to 12000$ in a single day? When you withdraw you'll have ~1 BTC worth 9300$ which means you lose you Bitcoins without even betting. You can argue that you make profit if the price drops below 9300$. But that's not the point here, if the balance value is in Bitcoin you neither lose/gain without gambling because of the price action.

I understand your main point regarding the volatile price of crypto.
AFAIK once you deposit crypto at roobet then it will be converted into $ directly and any price movement after you make the deposit wont affect your balance.
Lets say you deposited 1btc with the rate of $9,300 then you will have $9,300 in your balance.
IMO, no matter whether the price of bitcoin is suddenly shoot up or drop, your balance remains $9,300
In this case you do not lose single cents, unless roobet has a system that keep user's balance updated based on the current price of the crypto.

Well, that was perfectly correct.
That is very simple logic, --make a deposit when the bitcoin price value will surge up and make a withdrawal when it is suddenly down because you will receive a higher amount of bitcoin. Just think that when you deposit your bitcoin in roobet you are converting into a stable coin, something like that.
Actually, you have an advantage here because we know how volatility the market is, you don't need to worry when the bitcoin price goes down, you will not lose by the price. But I know you will feel regret when the price goes up, don't bother about that thing as long as you enjoy playing crash there, it is so profitable game, indeed.

This place gives out big money every single week and people still complain about not being able to withdraw tens of dollars. Let me save you the trouble and say that; no they will not scam you for 30 bucks, they make thousands per week, your money is nothing to them. Even if we are talking about let's say a million dollars, why would roobet ever want to scam a million dollars? After all, they are on the path to make that much money anyway right?

If a casino keeps profiting eventually they will get bigger and get a million dollars in profit (even if it takes years to reach there) and they could even sell the company for that much amount right now probably. So, unless you are Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos you have nothing to worry about.

We can't really know if they are making any profit or not but surely they are making a quite good amount of revenue that is correct. Costs of a casino is multi layered and it is different from casino to casino.

You can be a single person operation small time casino that was built and run by a single person without much cost (which won't really go to high) or you could be a company like this which spends money on many many things, which is why I think it is quite important to know what the profit could be for a casino like this when you remove the costs and I could say maybe it is not even profitable, or even if it is it can't be as high as revenue since there is costs. None of these means that they would still scam people out of pennies, they are much bigger and making much more amounts than these and couldn't care less about those type of amounts.

Roobet uses CoinMarketCap exchange rate to convert from btc/eth to dollar at the moment of deposits/withdrawals.

That is a different amount you are talking about. If there was constant cheating going on and there was some way of doing it consistently of course you would cheat and there would be doubts over it. However what people concern here is paying 1.5k per week for months and months and then stealing ... 100 bucks? That doesn't make sense at all. You need to have a constant complaints about scamming customers in order to say that they are scammers, if it is just one time deal that makes me right.

The difference between your example and roobet is that your example is kawbet who probably cheated people constantly and continues to cheat as long as they can, that way they get new people and still make a profit. Whereas roobet doesn't have the same type of complaints about their website scamming people as kawbet which means just once or twice doesn't make sense when you are paying so much.

Actually there is no valid scam accusation against Roobet till now.
All scam accusations were either because of a silly misunderstanding (Yahoo's case which was resolved smoothly) or just a defamation/extortion attempt.

Well, the problem is.

The person was kind of a jerk, you can read a few posts on that's a thread how he response and acting. Trying to watch the video by him, he used the old video and suggested to record a new one with a current date. But this jerk habit also on me ~LOL, so let him to solved by himself. I personally don't want really help him right now.

Roobet, make a promotion a week more than his money and until now all my transaction not really getting stuck just like him. The problem is the "confirmation" on his case and could be same as me a few months ago. But the difference on this case, he is a jerk, I'm not while waiting for patience for fixed the issue. You can also see how he responded to the support.
