Maybe there were some people who will intent to stop gambling just to make their reputation good and clean and after a ehile or after they gets what they want they will just go back again on gambling and I guess a lot of people are doing this kind of trick because if you are really a gambler you will not br able to quit because you on yourself you know that you and gambling is almost on the same line or a family, but if that's the case that I will fit my shoe into then probably I will do the same as like what I have been said.

I got your point but you missed out that we are talking about reputation here, if that's your mindset, I think you're a irresponsible leader or whatsoever if you're going to insist that gambling is not bad as long as you're doing more good deeds to your people. I would stop gambling because that will hurt my reputation, if I am playing right at the situation. But the problem here is that your campaign competitors will try to use that to their advantage, and if they are to discover that then that will surely damage your reputation so in the end your reputation will not be mended even if I stop gambling.

True that they will not stop campaigning. But you can always play at your own private place and not let anybody know. Thats why cryptocurrency is there and there are online casinos to cater to the type of games that players wish to gamble on. your talking about other things and not literally gambling  ? but its also termed as a gambling when you gamble your reputation for anything else that you think risky enough  but your right , why risk your reputation to something that isnt worth it ?  if your going to risk it anyway then go to something that you can get benefit the most but we sounded like a greedy person and bad person on here   . i see many campaign managers here that is reputable but continue to scam the funds that they hold  . i think that isnt still right because karma will follow you   .

Honestly if I am too involved enough to actually put my reputation at stake, that already means I have done too much, I should definitely stop waaaaaay before my reputation getting to be at the stakes. But if we are talking about someone who got to a place where they have to put their reputation at stake to continue gambling, they totally would, they came all that way already being a gambler anyway, so they wouldn't stop there.

If we are talking about a situation where it is not really a "gambling" but something more real life and you have to put your reputation at risk and do something that may or may not happen, that is different, it depends on what I am gambling on and what I will get in return, if the return is good and the chances are good, I may do it.

People do actually have different perspective regarding this on treating a person who gambles especially if they run for a political position. Well, in the eyes of majority, being a gambler as a person is hard to accept as a positive characteristic of a politician. For example, if we hear someone who is about to run for politics in our area and they they play gambling, our initial expression is quite doubtful for him. Sometimes, there was a doubt in ourselves to tell other people that we are a gambler because not all people in our neighbourhood can accept someone who is a gambler. They will choose not to show themselves in the social community and prefer to stay at homes than to communicate with other people. But we can choose not to tell them who we are and what we did so we can talk to them easily.

But I agree that we don't have to worry with that, as long as we can be a good person, we can accept what other people say, it will not be a problem. It is easy to judge people because of their habit or their work but they don't know what our reason to do that.

You told that, gambling is just for fun. since I’m not gambling addict and I'm doing it just only for fun so my reputation is more important than gambling. if my party and supporters think gambling can impact on elections, then I will definitely try to stop gambling, because if you want to do big things then you have to abandon small tasks. Actually, I can't do this right now because I’m not that much aged.

are you involved on politics  ? because i read that you mentioned elections  . it does not necesary to abandon one hobby just because your doing the other one but you can still do them both , just put up a schedule for one of them and your good to go  .

 its cool because your only gambling for fun and your not also addicted while majority of the gamblers that i know are now being consider as addictive because they cant last a day without playing it up to the point that thier reputations are now being affected    .  i feel sory for them tho
