I am with the side that if you know yourself you are not harming anyone by any means, why will I stop gambling? It's either you are into this because you want some entertainment, just enjoying life. You know yourself more than anybody, so if they do talk at your back, then, I think there's no reason to be acquainted to these people. It is on you how to take care of your business and not other people.

Well,,, if you are harming yourself, that is the most important. The problem with some people is once you get addicted, whether it is mild or heavy, you do not even realize you are harming yourself, and then you do not realize you then bring that harm home and take it out on others. It is not about reputation but realization.

Being an addictive gambler could be seen as that which cannot be defended in my opinion but for those who are just ordinary gamblers with some sense of trust among one or two friends will be okay. In that manner the gambler reputation still won't be damage but understandable. Personally I won't love to quit gambling because it means a lot to me not in terms of finance but in entertainment and fun while I gamble. Haven friends that won't trust me because I gamble means that, they are not friends indeed; as being a gambler doesn't define my personal life and reputation.

You see we can broadly divide gamblers into two groups, one who are addicted and will not stop till their debt becomes enormous and another who are wise enough that their loss becomes painful and they stop playing never to play again but find out other methods to earn from the casino, for example, affiliate marketing and casino bankroll investments.

There are people who are close minded and sensitive when it comes to gambling. When they knew people are engaging in gambling, the first thing that they will think of is that they are corrupt and scammers. That mindset is really a trash and we all know that people is full of judgmental mental people, they don't seek information first before complaining about a politician engaging in gambling.

But somehow in reality, there are a lot of politicians who gamble using the money of the people, the fund of the community where it should be allocated properly and for the sake of people, that's why people think that gambling is bad. There are circumstances like that, abusing the power just to use the money of the people is really not that good.

We just need to go with the flow, we need to accept the reality that politician should have a good background, profile and personality. Politician should be responsible about their duty and position, they should be trustworthy and have a good decision making for the sake of his people. A good politician should serve its people with all his might, he should be honest, confident, flexible and understanding.

If my reputation is at stake, I would rather accept the fact that I am gambling because you ae going to advance further because of your honesty, and besides you were just gambling just for fun and with your friends, what worse could it take is use it to you on debate but that is a personal attack which is not acceptable for a debate. Also if you try to quit gambling and it were to be exposed that you were gambling once then that would put you on bad light when people are judging you are labeled as liar for trying to cover up your past deeds.

No, trading has not been similar with gambling because it depends on you whether how much you want to earn for every trade you take. It has some huge difference regarding how you will earn from the trading base on your experience. while on gambling you don't need some experience you can play whenever you want from scratch and you only have done when you are out of funds. While trading has become the trend when investing in cryptocurrencies because if you lose for some particular reason, there is also some tendency that you can get what you've lost from the same money you deposit.

Due to the wide availability of online gambling along with crypto payments, I guess it will be possible for anyone to keep their gambling activities highly confidential. Never imagined something like this happening to me, but so far at least I often get news about the leader of an area or a member of the council or maybe people who have influence in their area do something negative and not just about gambling. Indeed, that is one of the benefits of online gambling. You can gamble without the knowledge of anyone unless you mention it to them.
