If that's the case, then this is not a good gambling site, transaction should be automated to avoid waiting on the part of the gamblers.
What about the support, it should be active most of the time and not wait on OP to be online because you concern will be entertain.

Hello! we have been giving daily updates on these issues as well. Just logging in to make one now.

Over the past few days, we have been tracking two issues regarding player accounts.

#1 is referral bonus scamming. This has been mostly fixed. As we have reported on this thread, thousands of phony accounts were made to try and take advantage of this, causing a tremendous amount of work in review of withdrawals. Within the next week, our goal is to average around 6 hours for withdrawals. There is a tradeoff here between generosity of bonuses and time required to review cashouts. We believe aiming for an average of 6 hours and ensuring all cashouts are processed within 24 hours max is our goal and will allow us to continue to offer the best possible player bonuses.

#2 is a little bit more complicated and was our fault entirely. Due to some changes made in the grading code, several parlays were paid incorrectly, all in the players favor. This bug has since been fixed, but there is still some more work to be done in assessing the total impact and then adjusting/compensating affected players.

Please note that today marks only 8 days since our soft launch began, since then we have given away a ton of bitcoin and processed over 100 cashouts. We thank you all for your patience with us and expect pending withdrawals to be reviewed within the next 18 hours and for bets and bet grading to be running smoothly by the end of the weekend.

I'm sorry about that, after looking into it, the support agent you talked to was under the impression this was a sports bet, so it went in with the other support queries regarding bet grading, causing it to get lost in the shuffle. Instead, this was a unique issue where the bit brawlers server crashed during a match and thus did not register the result from the streams. We actually put in a faiI have returned your bet from the wager and added an additional .002 BTC with no cashout requirements to your account in order to apologize. Please let me know if you have any trouble cashing out.
