I have control but not all the time. If there is something I need to buy, then I can control and forced myself to stop but if there's not, my goal is to play continously until reaching my daily qouta. As of now, quitting in gambling is not the thing I can do but atleast sometimes I know when to stop and withdraw. If you can't quit atleast try to follow and have yourself a limit per session. It's like you're making your bankroll to last longer until one of the following days luck will favor on you.

only few gamblers are like this but most gamblers will always bust anything they have even if they knew that they arent lucky enough to win that day and they will just complain but for the people like you  , you knew when to play or not depending on your senses  which is good so that you dont waste money  but setting up a qouta when gambling would be hard because you will end up chasing it , you will end up chasing your losses and what if your losses were already too much ? its hard to recover anymore

It is precisely in those instances in which you can see if you have control of your gambling or not, it is understandable that if you are having fun and you are winning you do not want to stop playing but if you have established a daily quota about how much money you are going to use while you gamble or how much time you're going to spend in that activity and then you hit that limit then you need to respect it, that way you can show to yourself that you are the one that is in control.
