Yes i can now control myself in gambling because i don't want to get addicted and be greedy again just like what happened to me last year that i got greedy and i lost thousands of money due to gambling addiction. It is the reason why i am scared to gamble for a long period of time because any time i could be reckless and greedy again, that is why my friends or my brother is always by my side whenever i am gambling to control myself but i am now only gamble for entertainment or for leisure of time.

Do not think: when you lose while gambling is lost, each game and entertainment has a fee, if a person is going to the casino regularly, he/she must pay the service. Everyone wants to make a lot of money in gambling, so who will lose? Yes this is a hobby, just have fun.

There are a lot of people who cannot control when they are addicted to gambling especially those who already lost some huge amount of money. He always thinks that if he gets back to that place again, He can get what he has lost but honestly that's not always the case. more often, he lost some more money over and over again. The only thing to stop this kind of view is, to accept that you're not gonna get the thing you lost because its already gone. there are some cases that you've won some huge amount but that will only cover your past month losses. Some gamblers are gambling for some decades and some are through out their life they have been gambling. You can only recover your loss when you stop because you're not gonna lost some more.

These two are really different, the extreme addiction is a more risky type of addiction and you will not listen to anyone, it seems like your master is gambling as you are always looking to gamble which is like you are obliged to do such thing, of course your family is a big help but it should be your family that will do an effort to approach you as you are addicted with no control at all, and hopefully we keep ourselves safe and let our family know about our gambling activity so they can help us when it comes we are in trouble like addiction.

Happens randomly to me,,, either I keep playing when I am winning or keep playing when losing. So for the second bit, of course I have more experience busting but also I have busted because I kept winning more and more and got greedy. A gambler who are control in gambling is good because they know how to manage their money or the risk of losing of money is very low.

I don't know if what you said was true or just a lie but for my observation of the players in gambling, plus the sharing of many people here, I can guarantee that most people can only lose, rather than profit from gambling. It is better to have control before we are doing something because if we are late to control what we did, sometimes, we cannot realize when we can say that is enough for us, and we need to stop. Related to gambling, if we have control before we play, we can control the games that we played, we can also know when we don't need to play for more.
