We don't control industry and regulatory rules and standards, the OECD, governments, and organisations like the London Bullion Metals Association(LBMA) set stringent standards and requirements. Our blockchain solution allows miners to comply by providing a set of trusted data records that can't be manipulated so reducing their compliance and regulatory burden. If a miner does not comply, this will be captured on the blockchain and can't be removed or erased so they are incentivised to do it right, hence the Karuschain slogan of "doing it right”

Regulators like the LBMA and OECD are already pushing for improved environmental standards in mining. One of the biggest issues the mining supply chain faces; is the fact that the environmental stance of one country often does not match that of the next, and in such a global industry it’s difficult to keep track and ensure compliance throughout the entire process. This is where blockchain can facilitate regulation, by ensuring the secure management, tracking, and tracing of critical data as it moves through the supply chain.
