looking at the market and price of bitcoin now I guess I would rather hold bitcoin than buy altcoin. bitcoin price growth in the market has begun to be seen. we just need to focus on monitoring the shift and being prepared when there is a decline. I don't want to lose the moment to take advantage.
Many of us are engaging themselves to btc rather than alts due to the market condition that shows the growth of btc for this year. We know investing in top crypto is way safer compared to new or not popular alts. If I have 1 btc I might invest it in btc and other popular altcoins. Though alts are not performing well but still bearish trend is a good time to buy alts so its better to take advantage the opportunity because we cant say how long the downtrend will last. bearish market on altcoin makes people affraid to invest in. even if altcoin is so cheap, but we still dont know where exactly the bottom is if we take crypto for long term, then Bitcoin is the best choice. but for short term, altcoin is better we can take profit in altcoin by shorting them. but it needs good knowledge bcz it has bigger risk |

My number one option is to keep that as Bitcoin. I might not really exchange it for something else. We all want Bitcoin more than any altcoin. In fact we are trying our best to gather altcoins so that we will have Bitcoin. We are trading altcoins as best as we can so that our Bitcoins will grow. So why would I convert it to something else if that is already a goal achieved? |

Investing in altcoins is not a good choice in 2019 and 2020, but if it is required then I will use all of that BTC and buy ETH and BNB ... this is one of the best altcoins in this market and they are very low in value compared to ATH 2018, surely we will get a lot of profit when the bull market starts. But with my current investment I don't focus on altcoins, currently I'm just trying to get as many bitcoins as possible before halving begin

If i have 1 bitcoin and must use to buy altcoin, then i would prefer to buy BNB and TRX. As we all know that Binance is one of the top exchange right now and holding apart of their coin is a good option. Last BNB bull time, BNB break all the resistance before getting new high, so why it cant be done again? And the reason i will buy TRX, very simple, i believe in Justin Sun.  |

Interesting topic and everyone will share the name of the project which they invested. Personally, I am planning to add more Litecoin and Ethereum with selling the BTC holdings. The BTC will hit the $13000 again for making a double top pattern and I will liquidate the trading positions asap.
I don't think LTC will be any good in the future. It has lost it's potential as 'digital silver' as is now pretty much useless. The day charli sold his stash was the end of it idea-wise. There will be no good news compared to what can happen with ETH or BNB imo |

There are times when the price of Bitcoin is soaring really high that it leaves the rest of the cryptocurrency market in red. There are many times when Bitcoin is very bullish that the altcoins are suffering because of it. I might take that opportunity to use some of my Bitcoin to buy altcoins because they are very cheap. But I will only buy the altcoins that I know for sure will recover such as ETH, XRP, LTC. But I will do this to still increase my overall Bitcoin value. |

yes, if it is altcoin, I would certainly choose a high-quality altcoin and has the potential this year. like ethereum, litecoin, binance coin, and others. it's just that I'm curious, what makes people think of exchanging bitcoin for altcoin right now? as far as I know, the coin that has the greatest potential right now is bitcoin, and below that is ethereum |

There are several choices that I will do, maybe I will divide some parts of the 1 BTC capital. Right now TRX is worth holding I guess, considering the price is down. And the rest I will use to hold BTC. hmmm maybe between TRX and BNB. when viewed from the developer and the Team more convincing than other coins. |

some of my btc will buy xrp to be hodl for a long term because the FA XRP analysis is very good in the next year, right now that's the only interesting coin for me to hodl for long term
Speaking of long-term analysis, not only XRP, almost altcoins have a chance to increase in the long run when everyone feels that each year crypto will get better but one important matter, do you realize that the future you are waiting for is without a clear milestone? And we don't know if the profits will be enough to please us or just increase our frustration. ADA XLM .. others
ADA and XLM dont look good for now and just put it to the credit or chainlink can become the best option besides investing only in bitcoin. I just still keep a lot of amounts in bitcoin and try to put small amounts of bitcoin into the altcoin. That's the best decision as bitcoin will get block halving |

No need to buy with that amount if that's all you have. Bitcoin is already the strongest and you don't have to worry about buying an altcoin.
You are okay holding it until it pumps and back again to the price that we are expecting. You are likely to be disappointed if the market stumbles again and targets the altcoins while bitcoin starts to get up.
While holding your coins is a proven strategy then you are not mistaken in your opinion, but there is one huge flaw with that strategy and that is that even if you get more fiat as the years go by you do not get more bitcoin and since the price is always going up you will come to the point in which it will be impossible for you to accumulate more bitcoin and if you want to get more bitcoin than what you are presently holding you have no option but to take your chances with altcoins. |

Its worth holding ,from the price 39$ down 13$ this is one of the gem that will give you big profit once the bullrun starts If you look at how the coin went for a rally you will not invest in it further, i expected the rally when Binance lost $40 million because of the hack and i was expecting them to pump the coin and that is what they did and i bet binance as an exchange regained the loss thorough that coin and so is the reason it went to an all time high and now to $13 and you expect them to have the potential in the future is a joke  . |

If i own 1 BTC than definitely i will go to invest some altcoins firstly BNB is my favourite though it’s facing very difficult moment for the terrible dumping. But definitely in 2020 it will be grow a lot. And i hold some BTC for long term investment because it will be worthy one day and i don’t think it will be risky from others investment. And halving will be happen in this year so hopefully this year market will be big change.

It caused by BNB gives guarantee through its working product and people will be so difficult to dump caused by it has a really big valuation and liquidity especially when it comes to the Binance exchange site. i just try to put some money to the credits as it has started to do a lot of expansion in china. It's worth just like BNB. But cryptomarket is always giving you the risk. |
