We could have an ionic shower or something similar that could take the Internet down and every computer (could also cause radiation damage to humans and if strong enough would kill us immediately).

I doubt we'd survive something that whipes out computers or the Internet but I could be wrong (expecially since some of those cables are already quite far below the ground).

If the Internet goes down, I'd worry more about hospitals, transport, food and water than I would crypto.

We should also think the other things in our society especially the things that might help us to live longer and to stay alive because of them. Most people thinks about money but if we think deeper, we should also think about how get survive out of this happenings in our society like how we could live if there is no food, water and shelter but in our case now, we are in developing country and developing country has something to do with technology like digital currency. We adopted this for our future, to have a good economy so if this vanish, we go in our traditional way again.

I do not know how will it happen as it is equivalent to saying what if networks stopped working  and internet gone. Let's us assume your fantasy even it happens then for short period of time u will see some rage moment across the globe and it might lead to big chaos scenario and we might see major accidents.

Cryptocurrency can still vanish without shutting down the internet. It could happen once the government order its citizen to stop using cryptocurrency for certain reasons. Even though most of the cryptocurrencies are decentralized, they can't still stand against the government because it is still mandatory to follow its orders or else you will end up in jail.

If the government really had the capacity to control and manage crypto, crypto were not able to grow until now, you can see a lot of bans have been issued and then repealed, all of which is useless with crypto, that means crypto will not disappear unless the internet is completely destroyed. But the internet is always a very important and secured network, if it is destroyed, not only will crypto disappear, so many other products will disappear similarly, I do not believe that the authorities may be careless in this situation

The decentralized nature of crypto makes it more adoptable by the investors. Governments cannot take control of this market as they cannot keep track of the multiple transactions made by the vast population of investors in this market. Its development with time and addition of investors in the market is the proof of its value and strength. This is also its indication of a strong future and better future of people in crypto.

I don't think that the government will allow the cryptocurrency to stay decentralized for the upcoming years because the government does need a good data to observe the activities that are happening within cryptocurrency and they can do that through implementing rules and regulation. With or without decentralization, we can still progress because the only thing that matter is the adaption and innovation of the technology that we have with cryptocurrencies which is blockchain.

We would move back into our past if that will happen… but there is no condition of if in crypto market and so is the case with Bitcoin. People just waste time in useless conversations, who says this that crypto will vanish should get more knowledge about it and then they should revise their statement. What do you even mean by that, the crypto market is a huge one with almost a quarter of a trillion dollars invested from around the world and for anyone to think that the market will vanish just like that would be childish. Major governments around the world are trying to come up with a regulation to counter frauds in the market and since that is the case we will not see the market vanish just like that.

Crypto is climbing up the stairs of development and will not move in the opposite way. It has reached at appoint in very short span from where it can never fall. Crypto is among these innovations of time that will never be old and people will continue to come and join this market. It is growing and with each passing time its value is also increasing so no fear of its ending.

I've had similar nightmares before, and what I console myself with most of the time is: Am I even real? What if I disappear tomorrow or wake up not remembering my entire past like it disappeared?

The truth about virtual investments is that it's risky, involves rigor, and intellectual stamina. If crypto would disappear someday, certainly savvy investors or the so called whales would preempt such an event or worst, insulate themselves from whatever catastrophe may result. The only people who will truly get hurt, are the ones that are neck deep and in crypto and have no current alternative source of livelihood. I'm not sure whom you are talking about

If you are talking about the famous dude from Canada who has sold his house in 2014 for 600 bitcoins (he made quite a noise around the forum at the time), it was not his home. He inherited from his parents if I'm not mistaken. Then Bitcoin crashed below 200 dollars, and some people were making fun of him, while others related to him. But ultimately he turned out a winner as he just kept his coins, and it paid off handsomely at the the end of the day. Don't know what's become of him lately, though. Anyone?

If the vast majority of altcoins disappear that will make Bitcoin stronger

Quite a lot of people lost their savings in shitcoins, and it is not unlikely that more are going to lose in the future in all varieties of scams under whatever names. They wouldn't if they weren't so greedy and invested in Bitcoin and top altcoins instead. So the point is, if there are only a few strong and robust coins remaining which pursue different purposes and occupying different niches, it will make the market stronger overall

then just like all businesses mate,everyone will be under Bankruptcy of course,you have already mentioned that Crypto will be inaccessible so how can investors do some move to cover all their money?
though i am sure before this comes to happen,there will be leakage to all whales that they need to full out immediately their investments because only Strong country can make this scenario happens.

but please let us not talk about this things while the market is on Bearishness because this adds negativity to those in losing status now.
