Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam?

This is why platforms like Bitcointalk was born, not only to keep people informed on the latest news and development surrounding Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in general, but also to know what is going on around them including the scams that is going on around, Bitcointalk might have served to keep many people informed but we have to note that many Cryptocurrency enthusiasts are not in this forum and has no way of differentiating the real from the scams because they have no idea about what to avoid. All they know is that you could make money from Cryptocurrency so they see every seeming investment opportunities as genuine.

Why do people still fall victims to obvious scams? Especially on twitter people are still sending bitcoin to traders, no one is a perfect trader, do not send bitcoin or other coins to people to trade for you, its stupid and foolish idea

Today a bitcoin trader on twitter exit scam and delete all traces off social media, i heard its about 53bitcoin, here is the link to the news

That is why I'll never become fond of peer trade, for me it would be much better to have a trade in a platform. However, even some trading platform has intention of scamming that is why before making a trade it would be much better if you will check the credibility first. Besides, I recommend that have a knowledge first before engaging in any transaction.

There are some people want easy money, they like passive income, but too bad they trusted a wrong person. I'm sure most of the victims were newbies. It's better that you should learn yourself in trading than trusting anyone who will trade for you.

It's really common for scammers to lure people with this term "passive income" as yous see in seminars here and there always talking about passive income therefore people are really interested in it. though at the end of the day they are only getting taken advantage of by some scammers. It's just saddening to see that some people are really ignorant.

People who lack knowledge about the cryptocurrency and how does it work, really becoming a victim of a scam. And they are falling from HYIP because they are providing a high-interest rate and that's the reason why they are obviously losing their money.

They need to understand and have knowledge before taking in and putting their money at risk because there is a lot of scammers and manipulator roaming around the crypto world.

I would say this is only for newbies, they easy fall into prey, sweat talks from possible scammers because since they are new into this kind of environments they want an easy profits which is I think a wrong way of thinking. when someone has a lot of money to spend then at the same time greed and emotions cannot be controlled properly, so i don't think it's surprising they are still victims. in this case at least experience becomes something that must be considered more, because with that experience will at least make us wiser in making any decisions, especially about money

Most victims in fraud cases like the OP mention is beginners who just joined crypto, because they are very easily tempted by large bonuses offered without thinking about the risks that will face.
They think crypto is an easy place to get money, without being equipped with knowledge and experience, do not be tempted by the big bonuses offered, because big profits will not be obtained the easy way.

Majority of those that fall victims are mostly newbies that have little or no orientation about Cryptocurrency and the obvious fact that there are scammers out there

Scam offers are always so tempting that newbies will always fall for them, in fact not only newbies but those who have been in crypto space for years too, some scam projects are well craft by scammers leaving to trace of scam act behind

Especially for those people are not having a lot of knowledge about that and they have started to think the alternative way to earn the money in short time and that's how they can fall into the scam project.

Some people are greedy to earn thats why they can be easily fool for too good to be true offer even there's no such thing. Scammers are not the only one to blame but also those who bite their offer.

Scammers will exist as long as there are investors that are not careful when choosing where to invest. It will only lessen if we become cautious not to jump in any investment opportunity with big promises.

Yes it is true, although scammers are wrong but people who are interested in what they say must also reflect on themselves, why they can easily be interested in what the scammers say. In my opinion, it's true that greed can make money quickly which is the reason every investor is easy to trust what others are saying and in the end it is actually being used by scammers and we investors are better to be careful or better to ask for advice with the closest person before making a decision.

It is simply because of their desires in their life. Even though it is obvious that a project a scam,  they will still continue to make investment because of the profit that promises by the management of the project. Usually the victim of the scammer are the new players in the world cryptocurrency. They are lack of information how these scammers works. But for some they become victim because of greed to earn huge return in their investment in a short period of time which was not feasible in the project. Why do you think transferring cryptocurrencies to professional traders is a stupid idea? Let's say I invested in a trading bot and it still makes a profit for me.Professional traders are engaged only in its adjustment.
