all alt, in my opinion, depends on btc, so if the price of btc goes down, they will follow it, especially now that the market is bleeding, of course alt is the worst affected by this decline.

That is a good dream which will never be true  . If you really understand the problems ETH is facing you will not have this fake sense of security.

Sorry, there is no bull run for altcoins this year so far talkless of Ethereum. Maybe we will see the altcoins bull run next year since this year favors the bitcoin market more than altcoins. We normally get altcoins bull run after when the bitcoin bull run is over so now we would wait and see the outcome.

It seems so, seeing that market conditions continue to decline is certainly an indication that the market no bull run in this year, let's be realistic to make ethereum as a long-term investment (see for 3 years.

Currently investors are still paying more attention to the BTC and alts will have fewer buyers. That's why the price of ETH has not increased sharply in the past.
But don't worry too much, Bitcoin will soon cool down and the era of ETH will come soon.

Ethereum is the best altcoins, no doubt many believe ETH and long-term investment with ETH. But for now the market is still owned
by bitcoin, because bitcoin still looks dominant. Right now seems don't enter alt season which means ETH hasn't started a bull run.

Well if have time to wait maybe it should be going to a price that we never seen in our life. As of now we saw only the price of ETH are dip but it take back to high again and we hope in this year shall be start. We dont need to worried about the price of ETH its is always like that since enter in these year of 2019 and some expert said also in this coming december will have some huge announcement from ETH.

I think the Ethereum bull market will follow immediately after the bitcoin bull run.
The altcoins season normally follows after the bitcoin bull run and during altcoins season that is the time for Ethereum bull run.

The scam activities you are talking about is not the fault of ether it cannot be controlled by any blockchain if your platform will used as a tool for creating fraud its the fault of the investors who is not responsible enough before entering investment not the network or the blockchain technology.

in my opinion it's not time for ETH to increase drastically following the development of bitcoin at this time ... because Ethereum still survives at a price of $ 150 - $ 250 .. and it's hard for Ethereum and Altcoin to increase because the price of bitcoin hasn't found a stable price to trigger ethereum and altcoin. but for us ethereum shareholders hope that ethereum can join bitcoin as soon as possible .

But how likely it is that ethereum is going to grow for no reason at all when bitcoin is not moving at all? Like most coins in this market ethereum is trapped in a price range of which it cannot escape and most of the time when I see this in the charts the price has a tendency to go down instead of up, so there is not much that ethereum is going to do during the next months despite our wishes, you only have two options to accumulate ethereum now or to wait until the price begins to recover to invest in ethereum.
