Each one of these instances I've noticed it's the end of the line where (for whatever reason) there is not DT1/DT2 logo.
My guess is they don't have any DT1-inclusions, so they're not on DT2 at all. Something similar to my previous suggestion not to show those, as they're "irrelevant" to DefaultTrust.

It's more DT1 exclusion than inclusion as well. I mean DT1 inclusion < DT1 exclusion. When theymos compiled the DT1 for this month, all of these users had DT1 inclusion > DT1 exclusion but after the compilation some users who trusted/distrusted them has changed their minds and perhaps new DT1 came and excluded also which eventually made more DT1 exclusion then DT1 inclusion they had. I think it makes sense :-P

Interesting. Looks like a BPIP bug but I'm not sure how this could happen. Maybe some issue with the "Today" in the timestamps.

It was actually like this in the past, but it didn't make sense (or match) with the current layout of the main page and how it displays ranks (via the shared rank table). Would need to do some serious reconstruction on the front page if we wanted to do it this way.
I'm sorry to say I don't understand your answer - perhaps you could walk me through it... Over on this page: https://bpip.org/report.aspx?r=mosttrusted <--- Assuming you have gotten over your fear of links that I post from third party sites) User mstrongbow has a score of 20 which gives his rank as 1,000.Scrolling up six full pages, user TTBit also has a score of 20 yet his rank is 771.How have the rankings been determined so that a full 229 users have the exact same scores yet their ranks are skewered so distortedly? Neither has posted in over a year. By giving mstrongbow a score of 1,000 his rank is far lower than TTBit *even though* they have the same score. It then becomes a never ending circle - distorted score is used to calculate a distorted score on this page, then that distorted score is used to calculate a distorted score on another page. That page's distorted score is then used on the first page to calculate a distorted score (and 'round it goes).
Both have just one shield: abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz | | | |
Both have just one score (20) - it makes no sense to say one is 229 ranks better than the other one.

Reposting this again, as I wasn't entirely sure whether this was an actual bug or not... If you check the merit's history of some users ( an example from my profile), you can see that in some cases, the "post" cell is blank. At first, I thought it was because these posts were getting deleted or moved to the trashcan, but after checking other profiles(like this one for instance), I noticed that the "Off-limits/ignored/deleted" is being displayed properly..so it must be something else?

I have a follow-up question about the Most Trusted page namely how often does the page update? Why I ask is because I believe my score for nearly a week should be 71 not 70 which would give me a rank of 228/229 tieing with mnightwaffle and asche Then, with my score being 228/9 instead of 230(244)258 <--- about midway through those who have an equal score of "70" my Most Recognised score *should* be a few steps higher at 783 tieing at 34th place with Carlton Banks
However, *if* you are calculating the score as being one point per 36.5 days, then my score would be mid 68.5 to 69.5 at this point. Either way my score isn't 70. Thanks again.

It's probably because in the past merits were being scraped differently and/or gaps in the data were filled in from other sources, which may have had no titles for deleted posts. Sometime in January (I think) I changed the scraper to use each user's merit history, which goes back 120 days so it's far less likely to have deleted gaps and it would display "Off-limits/ignored/deleted" when applicable as you noticed in gmaxwell's profile. Older data may need some manual intervention. I'll add it to my list of TODOs that keeps growing... no free time during this friggin' pandemic.

Every week, I replace the last 113 days with theymos' new 120 day data dump, so it includes any manual changes theymos did in the last 113 days. no free time during this friggin' pandemic. Looking at that banned profile > https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?id=1163424In the Trust Feedback Information he has 0 negative feedback but it is makred with red color. On the other hand on the MATR information you have -2 in feedback. Last Parsed: 320 days, but the trust seems updated. Strange, right?

That's because I fixed it just recently, and a few other missing profiles. Still not sure why exactly that's happening, will do some research later. Right now all profile IDs above 2000000 should be ok.

I'm sorry to say I don't understand your answer - perhaps you could walk me through it... It's quite simple... the main page has a 'rank' table that lists a static 1-100 which is shared among the other tables. Originally, each table had its own 'rank' but this was requested by Vod at one point in the design process to get a cleaner look, which I actually liked. Unfortunately, it makes sharing ranks across multiple tables somewhat difficult/impossible with the way it is currently designed. So, as I said, it would need some reconstruction, which I'm not opposed to, but it is not at the top of the priority list at this point. You posting a link to BPIP.org is completely different than a google doc, but keep trollin'! Likely a resource issue that caused a time-out, should have resolved itself. no free time during this friggin' pandemic. It's amazing how not going out still eats up time Ya, I really thought I would have more time... my presence at home seems to indicate I have to do *every* house project I'm behind on in the house, not to mention the majority of my job, which can be done remotely, plus appeasing kids who need attention 24x7. lol, this shit is crazy... nonetheless, I'm doing what I can do protect others, and myself. Stay safe & healthy everyone!! edit: I should also mention there was an issue with the flaglog.aspx which I corrected recently, seems my formula for parsing the prior 2 days worth of flags more frequently fails when it stalls for 2 days.. or maybe there was no new flags for 2 days?... and then it returned 'null'. Hopefully this is corrected now.

Yes, as LoyceV mentioned, the 1st entry on each flag is seen as an entry, but isn't technically a change. I'll get that 'change' number adjusted on the flag page in the next update. The last time this happened was on April 22. I've checked my data from slightly less than 3 months: This seems to be right around the time the issue happened, but not quite, parser seemed to stop on the 24th for some reason, it was attempting to parse a few days after that but once it was past 2 days, the query wasn't returning anything. I didn't realize it and get it going again until the 29th, which is why there were a bunch of flags "created" on the 29th when the parser finally captured them (flags 1691 - 1763). Query should be OK now though. It was checking the prior 2 days based on the current date, now it will check the past 2 days based on the last creation date of the most recent flag parsed. Previously, if there are no flags returned, it wouldn't attempt parsing. So now if days go by without any new flags, or the parser stops parsing them for some reason, it should just keep re-parsing based on the most recent flags date.

Amazing that ibminer would Troll his own thread. It's not a very professional look for the OP of a supposedly serious thread be Trolling it themselves... Archive for future reference: [ 1a], [1b] While we're waiting for ibminer to change his diaper by turning it inside out...
Yet another reason discounting the initial merit makes no sense. Previously we've seen that it favours those who have been showered with obscene numbers of merits. Instead of showing "earned merits" BPIP displys "most meritied" causing confusion as we've seen multiple times in this thread by various users. I don't frequent META too often so I missed seeing this thread: POLL: Initial merit provided to older established accounts which ibminer shut down when it became clear people favoured the (Most Merited) merits score which is displayed on a person's profile page when they visit BPIP. My merit score is 1,423 at the moment. (I earned it)From this page http://loyce.club/Merit/history/131361.html which was last updated on the first of May we can see the general pattern of merits received and merits sent. Subtracting the initial 1,000 merits I have received 423 merits QED. half of 423 is 211½ - already at the end of April 2020 I had sent close to 400 merits, so at least (give or take) 200 merits were sendable by me when I was gifted 1,000 for already being Legendary.
