What's this error I am getting? Trying to access reports.

Stupid Microsoft relying on a dynamic page to display dynamic errors.  :/

Something fundamental has failed - maybe the database connection pool is exhausted (saluting loycev) - but it's still just a single issue despite the error suggesting everything is falling apart.  

And it's so random. Sometime this works, sometime that works.

Previously, if I remember correctly, the search function was effected. Just tested it, and now when I click an user from the ""Favorite profiles to send sMerit to", the runtime error is triggered.

This part is broken now, maybe later something else will. Who knows..

as it was based on Theymos' original formula.  We've seen in the last 12 months growing amounts of AI accounts pumping positive trust.

In my opinion, the 2 should be raised to a higher number to indicate the seriousness of multiple DT accusations via hundreds of positive contest giveaways with newbies.  There is precedence already from Theymos with a "!!!" indicating a rapid increase of distrust.

If the community could agree on a better number, it could help with issues like these flags.     My example above would show OPPOSE -176 and it would take DT1/2 member(s) with positive trust of at least 177 to support.  It would make them so much more interesting as your flag can be influenced by your current activities and you are trusted by the most trusted.

I don't know if it's only me, but while trying to get the url of this project, I keep typing things like "bbip", "pbip", "pbib" etc . If I had known the acronym as shown below, it wouldn't have been an issue for me remembring the url. I don't know if others face the same problem as me.

I guess it's just you since you didn't pay attention at first
I never had any issues memorising the URL, and yes, knowing the acronym helps a lot. Also that "BPIP" is almost similar to "BIP" – Bitcoin Improvement Proposal, so there is no way you are misplacing letters around

It is not that I didn't pay attention at first, this is my first time seeing the announcement thread. I didn't know the meaning of the acronym and that was why I had problem memorizing the url.

Do you really type out the full URL every time you want to visit BPIP.org?
My browser always shows BPIP.org as the first suggestion once I type the first P and all I need to do after that is press the Enter key.

Browser suggestions work for me also, but I think it works well for a site you often visit.
For me, if i type P, bitcointalk, bitcoin price among others appear for me.
Now I have known that it is p that follows after b, i will no longer have issues.

I have just checked my browser and this is the site i usually visit while trying to get Bpip.
"bipp.org" and it takes me to people protesting with yellow flags

What's changed with the BPIP ranking?

I just noticed that my rank dropped from 330 to 907 when I logged in, so I assume there is a change rather more variables included in the way the BPIP ranking calculations are done now.

Mine was somewhere between 1000-1100 rank, but now it's showing 700+-. Moreover I see a bunch of badges under my name, when I visited bpip. I don't quite remember seeing them before.
And lastly, some of the icons under these badges aren't visible, there are descriptions but no images/graphics..

I am not sure about the accuracy if that is the case. Unless now trust score got too much weight in the calculation, because that is where you beat me while I have more stats in everything else. Anyway, if that's the new ranking, then gladly accepting it.

BTW, the icons are loading fine. Might be the browser is having trouble loading the transparent icons in your end.

Based on my seeing this post, I went to BPIP to check my own.

It went from 33 to 6.

I was going to load the image onto Talkimg.com, but Talkimg will not let me load images.

I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that perhaps we should add two more rating types to help give a clearer picture.

1. DT1/DT2 Strength.
2. The ratio of written posts to merit.

Thus, adding two new criteria will give a more realistic picture of Report?r=mostrecognized.

How is the Most Recognized calculated now?

That will be heavily influenced on when someone registered and how many posts someone made. I expect the top to be filled with users with just a few posts.

The written post - merit ratio certainly shows something, but I'm not sure it conveys a real "recognised" status. A member can have an excellent post/merit ratio and still barely leave the local board. At least I've seen some members who have a significant number of earned merits, and I've only recently noticed (recognised) them.

This can easily be manipulated by people who like to delete their past posts. For example, I make 1000 posts, I earn 800 merits, and then I decide to delete 500 past posts. Now I have 500 posts vs. 800 merits.

Maybe if they are going to rely on archived post records to ensure the number doesn't change.

Looks like further tweaks were made since I mentioned about that yesterday, my ranks jumped from 907 to 230 as of now, I hope this stays.

My guess, the activity got more weight now rather than trust ratings or total number of posts, anyway with this 230 I am really glad though.

Edit: Every mention affects rank, fell to 542.

Yours might have had a promotions, but mine had a demotion.

First it jumped from 1000-1100th (regular) to 724th, and then straight to 1524th. LOL
