We were sorry to find out that users recently accepted to our signature campaign were banned on the forum for plagiarism. We are talking about Mpamaegbu and Pokapoka124. We hope that in fact they did not have malicious intent and this is just an upsetting accident. However, we cannot wait whether these users will be restored or not. That is why we need to select other participants of the forum for our signature campaign. We have sent personal messages to users who had left applications last week. Later we will announce new participants of the signature campaign.

I’m pretty sure @Mpamaegbu didn’t get the signature ban, because that message would then appear in his profile, and the global mod didn’t mention such an option when it announced that the ban had been removed. Probably the signature was removed by him until the plagiarism situation was resolved.

I believe he got a second chance but with a restriction. Because he logged in account after he was unbanned but did not put the signature code or unable to put the signature again.

You are correct that if a second chance is included with a signature ban, the signature space will show the period that is not the case of Mpamaegbu.
