Nonetheless, I don't believe that BestChange would ever refuse an applicant for that reason. If the applicant is high-quality poster, they'll just send him/her amessage to change the address. But that's not the point! If they don't know that, they may be unaware of the campaign rules.

You may be right, but the campaign has its own answer to this in the rules: 

- Any application with incorrect information will be disqualified without notice (for example, incorrect BTC-address etc.).

I think it would be much safer to fill out the application correctly right away.
