The discussion you mentioned doesn't matter, as long as it doesn't lead to spam & bot, or off topic.

What is meant is not allowed like this: Topic: Is this account a bot?

Meaning: the topic talks about "Cryptocurrency" and instead you answer about "gambling". That is what is meant not allowed.

I am not sure about this, but i think if your post isn't in the first two pages of the thread, it can be considered as "spam in mega threads" which is also discouraged by forum policy. In my opinion, i think it's better to start a new topic rather than continue posting in page 20.

Did you check the link? it's "Premier League" and "2020 NBA Season". It could be a mega thread but it's not a spam thread as NBA and Premier League have updates in regular basis, you can't just make a thread to discuss a certain news or event, everything related to the NBA and Premier League has to be discussed in the certain thread.

I guess all campaign participants thinking that they doing great work. maybe they just don’t understand the essence of the discussion here and advertisement which it brings. Many users think if they write two-line text, it can't be spam, although the post is completely useless.
I think you should write some notification through a spreadsheet for each critical participant, so you will be sure that everyone is warned. We talking about users who are posted in megathreads, how to expect from them to read and understand your attention in your last post.
