Hello Best_Change campaign manager.

I would like to ask very sensitive questions.

For almost a year I have been a member of the BestChange signature campaign (which I hope will not change after this post ) and I would like to celebrate this event in the ranks of BestChange (which should happen soon).

As many have noticed, changes are taking place on this forum: some signature campaigns cease to exist, others begin to occupy their niche here. Life doesn't stand still and this is normal. I understand that different projects can allocate different budgets for promotion, but new campaigns offer fairly solid rewards to their participants, which noticeably distinguishes them from the background of long-term and firmly established projects on bitcointalk. In particular, they lure the most active users from one project to another and there are serious rearrangements among the participants.

Also, I noticed that not a single participant (correct if this is not so) of the BestChange signature campaign applied for new projects, despite a noticeable increase in remuneration. It seems to me that this is a strong indicator of the devotion of the participants. Is there any way to reward them for this? I guess for them (us) it's more than just participation for a fee (I think the atmosphere in the campaign plays a role here). If it was only a reward, then some would have changed their signatures long ago.

This signature campaign has existed for more than 3 years. This is a fairly long period and undoubtedly deserves respect and is an indicator of stability, but the reward for all these years has remained unchanged. Maybe it's time to change the stakes? Oh no, just not down.

Well if you must know there's no way a manager can just make changes of payment without the entire team putting heads together to make the changes, besides it's a thing of choice to stay with the campaign or not. In as much we are carving for the increment of payment that doesn't mean we shouldn't put the campaign first to get the required visibilities and exposure here on the forum.

However, those campaign currently are all mixers, meaning they are in higher competition to get utmost exposure among themselves since Chipmixer the number one have been seized. Please don't see me as the bad egg here but truth must be told, I am not against any payment increase.

When I joined this forum and know about signature campaign, the highest paying signature campaign was chipmixer, followed by Best_Change and so is considered the quality of the posters. Many chipmixer participants came from Best_Change.
But competitors are not so much getting ahead, rather they are leveling up to Best_Change standard. It is only the recent mixer campaign launched by Hhampuz that is paying more than Best_Change.
What happened yesterday was mere April fool drama.

Besides, it seems that majority of us being Best_Change campaign participants care more about longevity and sustainability than higher pay and that is why we do not jump campaigns easily.

Meanwhile, Best_Change is active in this forum and they know the Best Change to make or not for the prestigious standard of the green family.

ChipMixer was paying a shitload of money, because it had had $40 million dollars worth of bitcoin in the back (and who knows what else that we might never find out).

$4 per post is considered good pay rate, but what's even better is that it has lasted for 168 weeks. One of the best signature campaigns by far.

BestChange is one of the best campaigns still running if not the best - Ample participant size, 2nd longest duration, and not falling into the mixer/gambling category do wonders to attract people who otherwise do not feel comfortable with other campaigns.

When I first started as a member of the BestChange signature campaign, BestChange was in first place in terms of weekly payment among all signature campaigns existing at that time (with the exception of chipmixer, which we will consider as an exception, because the conditions there were clearly exceptional for the entire forum). BestChange was paying 100$ per week, while the rest had a maximum of around 80$ (correct me if I'm wrong). Now, paying 100$ is common and I counted 6 campaigns (I can list) that have the same bids. Add to this that some campaigns still have an avatar campaign, which, as a result, allows you to get about the same 100$ per week. In addition, many have added a bonus for the best posters following the example of the Betnomi.

That is, I want to say that 100$ has become a kind of payment standard on the forum (although there are campaigns with a smaller amount, I don't argue). If BestChange used to stand out in terms of payment ratings (and of course not only), now it has practically identical pay rates with the top-priced campaigns. Maybe it's time to go back to the roots and once again show that BestChange is head and shoulders above the rest? Demonstrate level and distinctiveness, so to speak.

Of course it is. Everything is in the power of the project team, and we are just discussing.

My words are not a call, not a request to raise the rate or something like that. I'm just bringing this matter to the attention of the campaign manager and participants. How to relate to what has been said is a personal matter for everyone.

No one claims that 4$ is a bad pay rate. It just becomes commonplace among other campaigns. I'm talking about the fact that BestChange stood out with its pay rates from the very beginning, which is now fading away.

I believe there is no competition here regarding which campaign pays the most. if we look at the type of business, BestChange has no direct competition in the signature promotion. I would say that you have a wrong interpretation of why the payout in the campaign should be increased.

You didn't notice this either, because I saw several members of the BestChange campaign who applied in other signature campaigns. There are higher and lower paying campaigns that come and go, but bestchange has been stable for years.

If the project spends more money on advertising, then it will close faster. I think that most signature mixer campaigns will close in 1-3 months.

If you want to get the maximum payout, then become a famous poster like Ratimov.

If campaign members want to get a bigger payout, then you need to make an offer to increase the number of posts, for example, 30 or 35 paid posts instead of 25. Then maybe this will be beneficial for BestChange management.

All I know is that we have Chipmixer before, it pays $300 weekly, while Bestchange pays $100 weekly. There have been many Bestchange participants that are good posters they left Bestchange for Chipmixer. Bestchange did not increase their money, because Bestchange is still achieving his goals.

After Chipmixer, $100 campaigns are still the highest paying ones on this forum, Bestchange is paying $100 and still have one of the best good posters.

Let me put it like this: Assuming you are working in a company, you do not have to discuss about your salary with the owner of the company. If you get another job which is high paying as a result of excellent recommendation by your boss, the owner of the company (let say your boss) will either not want to lose you, or he could congratulates you about the new job that you got and wish you well. Take Bestchange like that, you do not need to stay here if you see better offer, either Bestchange offer you high pay if something like that happens or he will wish you well for getting to a higher paying organizations (campaign).

To be sincere, I do not expect we should be talking about this. It is not right, it is just like saying Bestchange does not know what he is doing, and that is so wrong.

Asking of such question is not bad because you have to speak up you mind. And you have done that to have peace in your mind. The forum in these days is in a very serious competition of signature campaign advertisement, with that everyone campaign launched newly increase their fees to lure reputable users that is why people plus reputable users are not stable in one campaign for moving from one campaign to another. What you are saying is the unequal distribution of fees which every liberal scholar must ask one day to is boss, why his salary is small compared to what he is doing to promote the company growth. Those who ask such questions are progressivist while those who stay put with the company's hold payment method are conservativist.
What I will say is that every private company has a specific budget for the year so they can spend more than that once they do they will run into bankruptcy so to maintain that they have to stand on their ground which affect some active workers as well. It is good to voice it out so that they can if possible increase the pay rate for the participants in their next budgets even not this one.
As a good citizen must speak the truth so also to you. $100 is going to be a normal stand of payout in the forum from look of things these days.

I don't think at all that the use of the word "should" is applicable in this case.

I am not saying a word that the reward SHOULD be increased, but I suggest REVIEW the terms of the reward, if it is POSSIBLE.

We can't know the inner kitchen of projects, and therefore, we don't know how changes in rates will affect them.

Also, it is impossible for everyone to be top posters. Such users are unique in this, that there are only a few of them. But that's another topic for discussion.

I wont argue too much but I would say over the last decade of campaigns Ive observed the most important factor would be consistency.   Theres other factors and personal preference but the understated point I would underline is being on a campaign you can rely on not to alter too much; this is valuable.

If I should be sincere, I am just short of words, but the good thing Bestchange has done for me will I ever remember. I hope you people know how tough it is we are unemployed and underemployed in Nigeria, Bestchange helped me in so many areas of life.
