I deposited 0.024BTC, somehow went 4-0 and now have a balance of 0.04404BTC. I purchased 10k XBM token in an attempt to avoid the 3% withdraw fee, as I assumed that holding some XBM would make an XBM holder. Guess there's a hidden minimum somewhere? I wasn't able to find one in the FAQ.

Sent them an email, hopefully I can get it figured out. For a site all about transparency, there's not a whole lot of it. I shouldn't have to read your FAQ, get confused about the answer to my question and need to email you.

Looks like it's a 3% withdraw fee regardless of whether you hold any XBM. Only XBM withdraws are free. They said they'd fix the wording in the FAQ which is good.

It's good to know that you guys are active in this forum and also the site have chatbox which is available 24/7 as I have asked. I have checked the site and it looks professional. I have registered there and seems there is indeed a trouble with the buttons but in my case is not that bad.
