What a great game, down to the wire. I sure didn't trust the Rams' kicker to secure the W in OT but he performed well under pressure. It was very close, but I indeed won my parlay.. Pretty stoked about that.

Seahawks/Rams is gonna be a killer matchup. The Hawks just looked unstoppable yesterday. Wonder what the line will be. I see its already -5.5 Pats for that game as Nix won't be playing next weekend.

The superbowl or only the conference? Also, how will Broncos perform without Bo Nix? Will this be only bad or will this be very bad? I am considering selling my Polymarket yes tokens on Broncos to win the superbowl with a small profit heheheheh.

I was also very much mistaken in the 49ers. It appears that for me this might be the superbowl for the winner of the NFC, Rams or Seahawks.

Both but i'm sure its too late now to take advantage of that advanced knowledge. Lines move fast.

In any case, it appears this will be a revenge of Bo Nix's replacement! I very much wish he will fight like a demon and give the victory for his team!



Stidham (6-3, 215 pounds) was picked by New England in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft out of Auburn. After serving as a backup behind Tom Brady as a rookie, Stidham competed for the starting job in 2020, but lost to Cam Newton. The Patriots drafted Mac Jones the following offseason, and Stidham never started a regular season game for the franchise.

New England traded Stidham to the Las Vegas Raiders during the 2022 offseason and he ended up starting two games that season. The Raiders lost both contests, but Stidham completed 63.9% of his passes for 656 yards with four touchdowns against three interceptions.

After arriving in Denver in 2023, Payton signed Stidham during NFL free agency. Stidham went 1-1 as a starter after the Broncos benched Wilson, then he competed with then-rookie Bo Nix for the starting job in 2024. Nix won the QB1 job and Stidham has served as his backup over the last two seasons.

After losing Nix, the Broncos are considered home underdogs against the Patriots. What a story it would be for Denver to get an upset win with New England's rejected former quarterback leading the way.

In my heart I like the Rams, and seems like the Pats are a shoe in given what happened to Nix. Think I have to guess Rams/Pats for the Super Bowl.

Thanks for the kind words, @nutildah and @Hurestic.  This is indeed a great group of guys.  Even if ChiBitCTy still hasn't coughed up the entry fee (I'm going to give him a wedgy next time I see him) I have no doubt about any of you guys being as dependable.  I did take longer than I wanted to pay out the Pick-Em pool prize.  I thought I was waiting on an address from one of the winners, but I was mistaken.  That's what rushing through PMs while I'm traveling/getting hitched in a foreign country will do I guess.

On the bright side, I traveled overseas with my ColdCard in tow and didn't end up in a gulag.  I only had the escrow funds and some pocket money on it, so it wasn't a big risk.

On the superbowl my vote will be for the Seahawk vs. the Broncos and the Broncos will win. I want to witness a shocking ending for this season hehe.

The Rams will be the harder game to win obviously. Although its been interesting to watch the line come down on the Pats/Broncos game. It was at Pats -5.5 when it was announced Nix was out and came down to -4 today.

Then I saw this today and I have to go with it:



In his entire tenure with Denver, Stidham has racked up ~9 rushing yards in 8 games... this is lower than the O/U for rushing yards for this game alone... Wonder what I'm missing here. While Stidham has a decent QB rating for these 8 games, he's not a runner..  seems like easy money.

I would say he is a poor mans cousins with a very mid ceiling.

Nix's scrambling is what made this Team, without it they are literally fucked.

The D is great but the only way I can see them win is if Pats didn't prepare for the height are over confidant and Drake gets hurt.

Ram's/Seagulls are a coin toss IMO with the gulls getting HFA.

Broncos feeling pretty confident with Stidham. Watching the pre game and they seem to feel like it's a non issue not having Nix. That being said, I did bet the Pats with the spread as I think they're just going to be more consistent on offense.

Also took the Seahawks and gave the points, they're just too tough on defense and have beaten the Rams 2 of the last 3 games.

On what we have witnessed on the Patriots vs. the Broncos, I reckon the superbowl will be very much easy for the Seahawk to have the victory. Paul Allen has died very much early with only 65 years in his life. He will certainly have been very happy to see his team again challenge for the superbowl! I predict that the spread will begin on -7 for the Seahawk!

Pretty disappointed that the Rams couldn't pull it off. I literally have nothing invested in either the Seahawks or Patriots, but imagine the Hawks will make quick work of the Pats. It will be a good game to watch regardless. Hawks also have an upper hand b/c they'll be playing on the west coast, so I expect more of their fans to be in attendance. Who knew Sam Darnold was Super Bowl worthy? Not me.

Considering he was drafted 3rd over all in 2018... by the Jets... so no one, lol.  I'm joking, of course, he's obviously a good QB, but the Jets could have fucked up Brady's career.  Darnold played pretty well whenever he filled in for Purdy back in 2023, and seemed to do well in Minnesota last year.  The Seahawks are an extremely well coached team this year, they look unstoppable.
