Hall of Fame game tonight!!! NFL football is officially starting. With that being said, who's in on this years league? I don't care if it's on yahoo, sleeper, or some random app from mars. Really don't think any app gives anyone an advantage, it's just good cheap fun that I suck at.

If interested we need to start making a list and getting things sorted.

Platform - I don't care i'll play any
Buy-in - $25-75 is fine
Draft day - Whatever works for everyone

Check where you sportsbet and check the line on cbs sports for this game. CBS sports shows the line as o/u 45.5 and I went to bet on it and the betting sites show it as o/u 34.5? I bet on over 34.5 figuring it's free money. Am I wrong?

It helped that both starting quarterbacks last night spent 5-6 years in college. Spending the extra time really helped them to prepare for the speed of the game at the next level. Carson Beck actually looked really good and probably solidified himself as the Arizona starter for the season in just the 1 preseason games. Jacoby and Gardner will be 2nd and 3rd string Qbs.

I'm not sure they set the tone for a high scoring season but it was an entertaining game to say the least.

Agreed on buy in. This will certainly be a good time to begin collecting the entry fee while bitcoin's price is low. On January, the price might be back on $100k hehehe.

It was actually a pretty entertaining opening game. Found myself rooting for the Arizona rookie and against Pickett who had a few chances already.

Let's try this again.  So far it looks like only 6 of us up for this.  

I don't know, but it's looking like NFL popularity is kinda low this year.  I haven't been able to find a sponsor for the Pick-Em Pool, so I may give it a break this year and try again next year.  Not to mention, I'll be traveling the first four weekends of the season, so I may be too busy to really deal with it anyway.

If anyone comes across this thread and wants to join our Fantasy League, raise your hand.  Worst that can happen is we'll say no...  
then expose you for being a sig-spammer, campaign cheater, ban evader, plagiarist, or all the above.

Whatever works for everyone, I won't win the season most likely but I do enjoy spending a few hours a week trying to beat you sharks. Cheap entertainment and good fun weekly for 17-18 weeks, can't really beat it for the price.

He had a couple of good plays for the Seahawks in their playoff games but it was too little, too late. A white WR nearing the end of his youthful days, it just doesn't scream comeback potential. Maybe he needs some platelet spinning and some ayahuasca.
