BTC38 frozen my XCN wallet about 94 days. I wait very long.
XCN-dev fixed bug and sent blockchain few weeks ago but BTC38 will not plan - unlocked my coin.
Be careful!

It's enough for it to not be an outright scam but "not so bad" is something I'd beg to differ on.

Chinese are used to a lot of authoritarian shit like this but as a red blooded American it makes my skin crawl that one would be disallowed access to funds which are capable of transferring within less than one minute for a full week and a half.

Maybe you ever make a mistake so your coins are frozen, if you never make a mistake better you try to contact dev and not just once to give an explanation because i think they are busy every day with email and chat in.. so i suggest you to Urged him continuously

After waiting 16 days it now shows a withdrawal of mine as invalid. I've re-submitted the withdrawal request and opened a ticket. I've waited before on BTC38 but never like this. Only starting to sweat a little!

That is very bad. Please, post the outcome of this problem,so the people can know if they deliberately pushing people to change BTC for other coins(with few percent of lose due to slightly inflated prices) or it was just mistake of theirs wallet.

I will update when there is a resolution. I think you're right - they want people to convert to a coin that is not BTC/LTC and withdraw from there. Can't really blame them. You CAN blame the Chinese government.

Converting to another coin before withdrawing is fine. It's better than losing everything. I just wish they would come out and say that.

that's was the way i did it, buy another alt coin, transfer them to other exchange, sell it for btc

the hard part was to make sure the price of altcoin i buy, at least same or lower price. since at btc38 cny market more active than btc market.

I've received my BTC now. It all has to do with the regulations in place. I would say your best bet is to just do the transfer to another stable coin and sell elsewhere. The exchange itself at BTC38 has always been reliable for me it's just not fun when you can't get your BTC or LTC in timely fashion.

When I go to the site, I click login, and it takes me to a Facebook login page.  Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Yes, I think it's the same problem for all users of English version of the site: you can only register your account with your fb account. QQ account for Chinese version of the exchange.

What kind of fees are paid when withdrawals are processed? I have a feeling my btc is going to be sitting in limbo for a while and I'm not happy about that. From what i can tell it was 60sat/b which is very low.

update: looks like it confirmed today  Cheesy

I was doing it without using FB account for about two months, but hardly using the site until recently.

It just changed back to letting me login the old way.
