The exchange is down for 6 hours now.
No way to contact them. No news.

Also, They started to move all their funds to another wallets 6 hours ago, for example:
BTS: https://cryptofresh.com/u/btc38-btsx-octo-727222
NXT: https://mynxt.info/account/NXT-S4U4-CQYX-WD4K-76REZ
NEM: http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/NA5PXB-3KOIEQ-R3XLS6-QHPNXZ-Z5LMLC-JTGZJM-BKTQ

No movement from the new wallets since.
I'm watching it. I had a lot of funds on the exchange.

Let's hope they are just migrating to a new infrastructure (their site has been pretty slow and unresponsive for long) and not stealing us.

I hope this is the case.

But why no news was posted,
no twitter updates (https://twitter.com/btc38com), Nothing.
I'm refreshing every second for hours all the available sources, hoping for some news.

The main site is up, only from some regions in the world.
I still hope it's only temporally problem and we'll get our funds back.
BTC38 was the largest altcoin exchange for some main alts
Like LTC, Doge, BTS, BLK, NXT, XEM, SYS, XPM, XCN...
and there are unique alts that was traded only there.
It will be a huge loss to all the crypto community if something happened to it.

What regions? Maybe we could use tor to access it from anywhere.

I already tried it.
Every minute the site is up and down for a few seconds for different country.
Anyway, I can't connect +
All their hot wallets was emptied when the exchange went down.

There were some threads opened on reddit:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/5jk8t0/btc38_hacked
https://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/5jjt40/does_anyone_have_some_info_whats_going_on_with

But there is no real info/news on the web.
I'm still searching for 8 hours...

I'm taking all the info from my personal records, not google.

I have their Stellar Cold wallet:
https://stellarchain.io/address/GB2Y4SUXOWSTXHTL7QVNGGK3Y6IOMUGHDB3ZICWJN2EJ2PJHORWS3LG4
They moved all the funds from their hot wallet (GBQT7MI67FFSZFKSCVJIGKTW5HGHN35X7XXNO6CJM5DH2DUPBKLOZE6X)
to the cold wallet 3 hours ago!

Their Ripple hot wallet:
rfKeuNcxyuKRK8QH5VmcxKfsVgPdSxwGpj
Ripple cold wallet:
rrh7hCF6LBymdaL8VHaZNEhcyUWZxi3y54
(Use https://charts.ripple.com/#/graph to browse)

Doge cold wallet:
https://dogechain.info/address/D8EyEfuNsfQ3root9R3ac54mMcLmoNBW6q

BTS Hot wallet:
https://cryptofresh.com/u/btc38btsxwithdrawal

Nem wallet:
http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/NA5PXB-3KOIEQ-R3XLS6-QHPNXZ-Z5LMLC-JTGZJM-BKTQ
And now: http://chain.nem.ninja/#/account/NBRUUI57CIEUFQJQ3EUWHLXDH56CKSEK6PYTU2FB

NXT wallet:
https://mynxt.info/account/NXT-S4U4-CQYX-WD4K-76REZ
and now: https://mynxt.info/account/NXT-M43V-VNFT-378Y-35GVW

BTS Cold wallet:
https://cryptofresh.com/u/btc38-btsx-octo-72722
and now:  https://cryptofresh.com/u/btsx-bitshare

About Bitcoin, it's hard to tell,
but I see that most of my transactions from the last weeks
goes to these addresses:
1DcP1wDHBRyNAP6rqB9dkiizhFtoCJUNX7
19usyBbVntKdHxcpHmpntuYtFWKXwStpuj
1EzeQCwNu4XUHMVb5tnix56PSfN5PdeKbu
1J9R7dvjxHdSBNnA6MR4cR4z3q4p2wsGYL
1Nm3kgkieEHavAAD8qhb2zPi2kENDGvViJ
1AkbKSqho42uT1qw7PcNtNUu3ZjYFdT8rU
1EeUTzVwsjvXvk8uxtPguVdnrSSDx1snKH

I can look for LTC, Dash, BLK, PPC, XPM, NMC in my history + the blockchains,
but it's a hard digging work.
As you can see, I used the exchange a lot.
And I also have a lot of funds there.

They're holding hundreds of millions of dollars of user funds,
and if they disappear, it will be about mtgox size disaster (not bitfinex).
and the irony here is: Nobody talking about it at all!!!

Doubt, their volume was not big last year. It could be compared with cryptsy not mtgox.
Proly there are some talks on china forums?
