This is really the fact in crypto that price is unpredictable. We don't know when prices could be in favor of our plan that we could at least earn a profit. When buying in dip the best thing to do is being patient in order to gain since the price has its unpredictable movement. It may become unsuccessful actually when trading crypto so at least invest in what you can afford to lose.

It always depends on the coin for talking that you are buying because sometimes there are cards and tokens that have a low price or low value but sometimes it pumps up or increase its value of time. So the thing is you must research on how the market is going and what is the probability of the coin or token that you are holding or buying to increase or pump up.
Don't stop on buying low coins just because you have experience a huge loss but make it a lesson on how you will be able to get or recover on the losses that you have done. Sometimes proper research is the key on success.

The market is very unpredictable and you won't know if today's dip price will be much dipper tomorrow. Or the high price you think today will be much higher the next day. So it takes more patience to understand the market and if you don't want to lose, just prefer long term holding until its price surges high rather than short term trading.

That may be because you did sell it in a wrong time, and in addition man, just once you bought a coin that doesn't mean it will go higher after. You have to wait though, and tell you, imo, buy low and sell high is the most recommended approach here, well there are some complex one but this is the most safe, and the most used by people. Indeed, irritating when you buy then suddenly it goes lower than before but just wait and sooner or later it will pump even a little and when it goes higher over the point when you bought it then don't be afraid to sell it. might easy as it sounds but actually the hardest thing when you are already into the actual situation on where you do choose
either to buy or sell on a particular price level.The thing here is that you shouldnt really get easily be discourage into your mistakes

Things has changed for some time now, buying low and selling High was seen not working for safety. I was unlucky type during early weeks in this year 2020 and that has taught me a serious lesson. Self research is the best option for any trader to follow and not to just buy low and sell high. This sharp fall that just happened few weeks ago also affected me, I bought some Levl tokens and till now still holding because the market disappointed me on buy low and sell high.

What the OP has to stop is buying randomly without prior calculations and analysis. It was a fatal mistake. Buy at a low price and sell at a high price is a raw theory, it must be processed using maximum analysis, then can determine where the intended low position, so that will provide a better opportunity. low or not is relative, depending on each cryptocurrency with patterns and factors that influence each. So do not use it raw, can provide a big risk.

This what most traders (casual and some expert) do and it looks effective by then. The only reason why some of them suffer such tragic losses when they buy coins is that because they are impatient and they also think that their bought coins will rise after the day they buy it. They start getting worried after seeing the market into red color, instead of holding their coins but they sell because of its negative mind.

Then, I could say that these kinds of investors or traders will surely never grow and be comfortable within the market. Keeping themselves in crypto with full of doubts will never give them a way to improve but rather to see these people being troubled and lose.
