What is burning man fee routing satscraper?
I know about fee routing in general, but I don't think I have ever seen this particular term used in the context of Bitcoin transactions before.
A simple explanation will be enough.
This is Bisq specific notion.
Burning Man fee routing decides how BTC trade fees are distributed among eligible Bisq receivers.
Some receivers are manually configured and always paid as set.
The rest are DAO contributors, picked at random with better odds for bigger contributors.
This release added a check, i.e. DAO derived picks must be on the trusted address list, and any shortfall goes to the safe backup address instead.
So the trading scheme looks like following. If the trade fee is paid in BSQ then no Burning Man routing involved. But If you choose the trade fee in BTC then Burning Man fee routing kicks in, to decide eligible Bisq entity or address receives it.
