Normally if a player retires the match the bet is voided as the result is shorted and not complete in full.

I saw a mention about betting rules being posted on the site in coming days, i'm sure they will address this clearly when that is available.

You can look at this both ways, I'm sure many bettors had the opposing player to win and since he retired they would have "lost" so the sportsbook is not favoring any side they are simply voiding the bets to be fair to everyone.

If the outcome for a market bet is already known, we reserve the right to avoid any betting.
In case it is obvious that the displayed and calculated prices are incorrect, we have the right to completely void the bet. This includes a deviation of over 100% in the payout when compared to the market average.

If the coverage needs to be abandoned but the match finishes as usual, the settlement of all markets shall happen as per the final result. If the outcome of a market result cannot be verified, we hold the sole right to void them.

If the match fails to adhere to the usually accepted format and procedure, we hold the right to void any market. In case of any incorrect settlements, we have the right to correct them any time. If the rules and format of a match differ from the accepted norms, we reserve the right to void them completely.

It happens and just because some books pay out doesn't mean all books pay out on the bet if the player retires, that's the risk you take when betting on tennis.

From what I understand promotions will be coming soon. I suspect that this will happen once the majority of sports are back playing again and I believe that one of the main promotions will be to do with their own token "AceD token".
