Also how many months since update? 2? And still cant see bets settled prior to the update where i have lot of wrong bets settled like that i just show you. Luckily i have id bet of one of those bets , already give it to support and ofc they cant find the bet cause system doesnt show settled bets prior to update

As far as I know all the bets before the update were settled and paid out and so were all withdrawals. Why now you come here saying all this? why didn't you say all this when the update was about to be released? It just seems that you all want to do on here is spread FUD.

Well that is what the support ticket system is for so why don't you use it and get this sorted instead of coming on here all the time. The team are not on here to help with support which is why the ticket system was created for issues with bets.

Well that is what the support ticket system is for so why don't you use it and get this sorted instead of coming on here all the time. The team are not on here to help with support which is why the ticket system was created for issues with bets.

Well most of the time gamblers are really agitated specially if they think they have been scammed or cheated by casinos. I read some of his posts and he also accuses other online casino. I guess support and online casino's should have a thick skin answering individual like the OP.

I haven't used AceDBets.io to be honest, but it seem they are decent with the way they come back and answer queries or doubts from several gamblers here.

Live play was down for a while as the team were working on updating the system. It will be back up and running soon. I bet with many sportsbooks and see this all the time, this same thing happened with another sportsbook a few weeks ago and even had one telling me that I was banned lol but it was because they go through a system update so I know it can be frustrating but just give it some time and it will be back up.

Maybe give it some time and then try again as like I said in a previous post the system needs updating every now and then and that's when you could of been trying to log in. If you still experience this issue, I suggest you open up a support ticket and let the team know.

I usually does not save my password, nor I used password manager, everything is manually done, so perhaps I just messed up some letters of my password.

I know you use the same software as Sportsbet and Betcoin but see these odds comparisons:

Premier League upcoming weekend:
Man Utd-Arsenal
Over 2,75 goals: Sportsbet 1,98 / Betcoin 1,96/ Acedbets 1,92
Under 2,75 goals: Sportsbet 1,90 / Betcoin 1,89/ Acedbets 1,85

Man Utd -0,25 asian handicap: Sportsbet 1,81 / Betcoin 1,80 / Acedbets 1,77
Arsenal +0,25 asian handicap: Sportsbet 2,07 / Betcoin 2,06 / Acedbets 2,02

As you can see, your odds are structurally 5% lower on the big leagues on totals and asian handicaps. Why?

Is there any way you can become competitive with your odds? Especially on these big leagues I don't see why you would have to have such a high juice taken away.
I notice on smaller leagues the differences are smaller, but especially on the big leagues people ofcourse like to bet.

For the smaller leagues their odds are equal to the other books using the same platform, for all bigger leagues they are always much lower on Acedbets. I just don't understand why.
