7 days payout is on hold. They dont answer to email. Ticket also no answer. I think they are history. Stole money and gone.

To be objective, I will say that they withdrawn money to me 11 times, but 7 days I did not wait even once, the maximum was 3 days, but sometimes a few hours .

OP of this thread and maybe owner of the site isn't active here since last two days. And your withdrawal is pending at the site it's been 7 days. Few user discussed about pending withdrawal issue here a week ago and they have received their withdrawal later. Check some previous replies in this topic. They also got reply from the support.

since you already posted that he's not currently allowing messages from newbies, maybe he will change his settings as he already mentioned that DM him about your ID ticket. i really dont think that they will stop their operations as their site is still pretty active. maybe they are resolving some internal issues as they also paused their sig campaign.
now, that a lot of sports events are starting to resume their activities, i dont think they will halt their casino operations. also, their aced poker is coming soon.

They are replying lately but OP isn't responding here always. Seems like acedbets having some serious issue with their withdrawal system. User facing the delays continuously. As a result they will move to another sportsbook for sure. Acedbets should operate user withdrawals quickly and solve the problem what they are facing now.

Maybe it's your first payout on the site? I have often read that it can take longer with a first payout.

Unless you have won big money, but that is not the case with 20 mbtc.

Maybe they have a plausible explanation for the long wait.

There are situations that last much longer than 20 hours. Have they not given an explanation via the helpdesk (live chat)?
Perhaps there are a lot of payment requests at the moment. I hope for you that they are not going to start about teaching etc. to stretch it.
