Casino comes out and says why from their own perspective and customer comes out and says what happened from their perspective and people basically just decide on which one is the right party based on the fact that was given.

We will have to listen to what acedbets will have to say, we have seen what the customer had to say. From now on it is going to be nothing too substantial honestly. People will make their own decisions and based on their decisions either they will continue to gamble here or they will stop and wait until this is fixed. I do not see anything marginal enough to stop though.

its not only my issue. and u think not paying to anyone here is 'not enough marginal'? yeah nice type of business u accept deposits accept investments but pay nothing, thats something people should try for sure

i read their discord. if aced team reads this im sorry if my words felt abusive for you but a lot of users here remember what happened to such bookies as malubit and others. and as far as nobody who claimed withdrawal issues hasnt reported receiving any coins yet and the support team on aced support website answers very rarely we try to reach u out at other places

and btw i didnt do any verbal abuse in telegram or discord its false

issues should be resolved in a timely manner by acedbets team to keep the trust from their players. though we dont know what they are experiencing right now, but i guess a simple and straightforward statement from them will give assurance from their players who are still waiting for their payment.
 atm, i believe it is not advisable to play on their casino if these issues are still not resolved. til then, just look for other established casinos here in the forum and as much as possible without pending issues from their players

nah, depositing and betting is available, and they make posts about interesting matches to bet in their twitter and discord. im curious if somebody deposits now wagers his deposit and tries to withdraw will he receive his funds or not

If someone's withdrawal hasn't been processed up to now and support isn't helping any much, then I suggest you open up a scam accusation with evidence such as screenshots and chat logs. There's no point for one to wait for 5+ days minus even a single explanation as to why the withdrawal is taking long.

This kind of problems make me to keep away from such gambling sites.

why they havent posted this  announcement themselves here in the forum? not all people can check their socmed channel.
 though at least for those with pending withdrawals, you got some light here that you can get your funds once they iron things out from their end. however, to build trust from your players, they should have not waited this long before they make official ann.
this is the usual worry of gamblers, when a specific casino suddenly become quiet without giving clear statement what's happening from their side

Maybe they are still busy to check all pending withdrawals from their user, so they just posted the update on their (social media?). At least, they have updated the news and those who still having pending withdrawal would receive their money soon

It has been 8 months since the first release of our product, we solved lots of problems till that time and we made great progress in betting section of our platform!

We never missed any withdrawal in this period and ofcourse we do not think to miss after now.

2 weeks ago our user base increased a lot - thank you all- but of course some cheaters started to test our system too and we noticed a disproportionate increase in some user earnings.

In 2 weeks, we almost checked every user bets' logs, times and stategies to prevent damage. We experienced communication interruptions with users due to our busyness.

We found all cheater accounts and vulnerabilities in our system and now we are ready to process all withdrawals.

Our team is dealing with too many things same time including Casino, Affiliate and Promotion updates besides these cheaters.

I am in developer team so i can't always answer questions but i will try to do from now on as long as i have time.

Only i can say is; cheats mostly caused by odd feeds & delays we found it and fixed problem quickly but we have to eliminate cheated bets took time.

We already verified that actually, 2 accounts used the vulnerability but we wanted to be sure if are any other bugs or not so we checked all users.
We never let our users down, if a user play fair like our many other users, no need to worry.
