Obviously there is some reason for this. Cause they have voided both your winning and losing bets. As you said they are voiding bets from this morning. Maybe AceDBets having some technical problems. And their FAQ page says this about Bet Settlement

If the market remains open when the events have already taken place, we reserve the right to void betting. also if the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation. If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any betting.

User complaining here about the withdrawal delays since four weeks, this bookmaker don't have license, no active & trusted support/admin in this forum. Now I'm wondering why you still prefer to bet there!

That just like i thought too, but AceDBets's team has explained the reason why the withdrawal was pending around 2 weeks

Hi for all AceDBets users,

It has been 8 months since the first release of our product, we solved lots of problems till that time and we made great progress in betting section of our platform!

We never missed any withdrawal in this period and ofcourse we do not think to miss after now.

2 weeks ago our user base increased a lot - thank you all- but of course some cheaters started to test our system too and we noticed a disproportionate increase in some user earnings.

In 2 weeks, we almost checked every user bets' logs, times and stategies to prevent damage. We experienced communication interruptions with users due to our busyness.

We found all cheater accounts and vulnerabilities in our system and now we are ready to process all withdrawals.

Our team is dealing with too many things same time including Casino, Affiliate and Promotion updates besides these cheaters.

If there is a delay atleast they should communicate here that kindly wait for x days and give users confidence that it will be resolved and not running away rather than just creating more panic type situation for the ones who had withdrawn it. There could be some problems initially which is fine, and they are taking time to solve it but taking confidence of your customers is equally important for long run.

Most of us really are concern about our withdrawals especially if it exceeds 24 hours but still depends on how much the user withdrew. May I ask you how big is your withdrawal? if it's really big then it's understandable that it might take to process in a few days.

OP of this thread isn't active here it's more than two weeks. User stdOWL said that he is from AceDBets Dev team. But he doesn't stay active regularly here. There was a lot of report against them for making long delays to proceed withdrawals. And they haven't showed any good effort here about the issue. Always check the user review before betting at any online casino. Now we can't do anything for you. Wait with patience to hear back from them.

From the website FAQ, I don't know which category of a large and small amount, that's the problem to complain about and they have to explain the detail also to the customer.

Majority of the withdrawals are processed instantly. Sometime in case of large withdrawals, you need to do it manually which can cause a short delay.
