Obviously running a casino is a hard job, you have to deal with too many things, you have to deal with the website itself, the backend, the problems, the bugs, the constant attempt at people trying to hack you, the hot wallets the cold wallets and many other things. You also have to deal with workers, developers, designers, marketing, and of course support as well.

So, whenever there is a problem with a casino I do not automatically think that there is something wrong with the casino itself but I assume maybe it is something regarding one of the workers, and give a bit of a leeway for the owners of the casino. Management will surely realize something is wrong and they will try to make it whole for the gamblers again without postponing this issue any further.

It is now clear that you have been cheated. I can write that it is only 0.02 Btc, but that can still be a lot of money for some people. Next time I would research a site before playing.
Also check whether they have a license. There are plenty of sites that have a gambling license. This site is unlicensed it seems. Sad that they scam you for 0.02 Btc

Based on its posting history it seems you are right. He has nothing but positive words for the site and no criticism at all, despite the complaints.

if they did resolve their internal issues, players should not wait for that long timeframe in terms of withdrawal. this may give hesitation for potential players to use their platform.
 need to be pro-active as they have a lot of competition now. new casinos are on the rise with better services and features. they need to step-up or else, they will be left behind. submitting a ticket just to get your withdrawal is stressful for a player. they will not come back if they did experience it.
