Livechat is handy but not really necessary these days.

I've been hearing about some complaints about withdrawal in acedbets and I'm sure this kind of feature (livechat) it would be very useful let's just hope they would respond quickly on support if someone contacted them.

Let's hope that it could be useful so people would not go in here and just complain about their withdrawals and I hope they would be able to resolve those kind of concern on their live chat

Looks like AceDBets will be launching their online casino very soon and then I would suspect that Poker would follow in the new year. Its good to see that the team are now starting to get on top of things and that withdrawals are being paid in a timely manner and new features being added like live chat. 2021 could be a massive year for AceDBets as they also plan to add new sporting events like horse racing etc... but its not 100% confirmed yet.

That morning i place more similar bets that were lost and they set them void too! Like eh! Lets void lost bets too so we can say there was an error with provider!!!

As this people never answer my tickets and always closed them without any answer, i invite them as they are so brave, to post here what this bets are. If they dont have anything to hide, they will post. This bets were settled wrong in june-july and as i knew they were probably scammers, i saved this IDs in notes. I was told this bets were going to be corrected after web update in september. Now in december they dont even give me an answer about this bets.

I don't think AcedBets will answer on the scam accusation topic, I don't see them here answering some questions and concern for what I know they are active in Discord I really think they should create an account on purpose of answering some concerns here.

Given your posts, you have had problems with acedbets before. Then why do you keep playing there? If I had problems with a site, or they wouldn't pay me, I would never go back there. What's so special about Acedbets?

Can a gambling site without a casino, sooner or later you can expect such things to happen.
They can simply run with your money, you have no point of proof or any direction into that to pursue it.

Has anyone even thought that he might of been cheating the system as early on there were bugs in the system because of the provider that AceDBets was using and some people did take advantage of this which is why the team had to go through all the bets from that time. Just remember if people are arbitrage betting they will most likely be caught at some stage and AceDBets has all rights to not pay out as other sportsbooks also do if the person gets caught and most are banned for life.

It is important to stay active in the forum. Every site will sooner or later have to deal with an accusation, which is not bad in itself, but it is all about how you deal with a situation.
If you do not respond to anything, it causes a lot of mistrust towards customers and can lead to very serious image damage. The fact that they do not wear a proper license is also not an advantage.

yes they need to deal it here as far as i know they are not active here anymore i've seen that the op was last seen on november 12.
yes having a license too is a disadvantage and people would have doubts at first about the website but it's a matter of time before they could be a trusted website.

I have a question for all the members now posting in here. Where were you all before this guy made this post once again? He continues to make these posts and not just in this thread but in other sportsbook threads. Do you even look at this members history before posting in here? Like I said in my previous post, it seems that when there is some negativity people like to jump on the bandwagon but I guess this is what the world has come to now days.

I will say that yes I agree someone from the team should come here and clear this up, so hopefully someone from the team replies soon.
