Few weeks ago, we made an announcements about "double spend" issues, at 2021-01-04 16:47 seems you sent a fake transaction.
Normally, users who tries to make fake deposits get banned immediately, but due to your old valid deposits, we are still thinking of that and analyzing your account.

I didn't double spend, you serious? I sent a higher fee. Nothing was ever cancelled. The frist fee I sent was 30 sat per byte. Then  Isent the same tx with 50 or 70. Never cancelled or double spent.

Also, you've let me make about 6 deposits after that one that I resent with a higher fee and wager/lose. Why not cancel my account right away if you think i cheated and not let me deposit and lose more?

Why would you even play at Acedbets? They offer the exact same lines as all other sportsbooks who use their provider, only Acedbets take 5% juice off of it. So every bet you place there you could have gotten at 5% better odds elsewhere roughly.

That could be true. I think the AceDBet's problem was only about the long processing withdrawal I think if they would make it much more faster they could be a good website. I tried to transfer before and place some bets to test out their withdrawal but unfortunately I lose my deposit so I wasn't able to test out their withdrawal.

Did they processed your withdrawal successfully or it is still pending right now? Having a withdrawal issue is not a good experienced at all especially if you are a regular user of their platform and was able to deposit and withdraw a few times already.

No not yet, their website is down and account still under review I guess.

Just crazy, I made 9 deposits after the one I replaced w higher fee even 1 withdrawal. Go on a little run and try another W/D and all of a sudden under review.

I get some people may be taking shots, but I'm a regular player there. Many deposits, a couple W/D and hundreds upon hundreds of wagers, most being losers hence so many deposits.

But we will see, might be busy with website update or something. Just hope they thoroughly look into my account.

Website was also offline a while ago. Then it turned out to have to do with ddos, I think I remember. The fact that they do not process a payment within 24 hours doesn't mean anything, does it?

 Don't have an exact total for you but I've made like 15+ deposits since beg of Dec and attempting my 2nd W/D. The deposits GREATLY outnumber the Withdrawals. If you look above since that deposit they're talking about I made a 6mbtc and 5mbtc deposit plus many more.

I have pages upon pages of wagers since December. That's what I'm saying. If this was my first deposit I would understand. But I am a regular bettor/loser there so I don't get it. Literally all my coin is tied in there either wating for this W/D or just sitting in my account. Again, why would I have all my coin there if I was sitting there scamming them? At least give me my deposits back that cleared, which were 9 of them since that one I added higher fee. Dunno, but heading to work, hopefully they figure this out and give me my coin back by time I'm home. Not a scammer!!!


I didn't make that deposit hit a crazy parlay and try to withdrawal. I made that deposit, lost it and deposited 9 more times since then, and finally won some of my money back and trying to W.D it lol. I really don't get it?

Happy to hear you have been paid. I'm in their discord server a lot and from what I can see is that the team are currently busy on getting the casino launched. Yes I know this is no excuse for not paying you on time but I think this is the reason why and hopefully once they have launched the casino that withdrawals will be a lot quicker but still I would give them some time after the casino has been launched as there could be some minor issues along the way as nothing is perfect when it first launches.

I agree some players might visit your thread and might see the issues you are having I really think that they should improve at least the withdrawal. I think most of the complaints are about this topic.

i'm not sure about that but some says they only withdraw a normal amount I would like to deposit before on acedbets however due to the issues it stopped me from transferring money here though they are paying i still feel unsafe i would not be able to withdraw my fund the same day.

AceDBets have just launched their casino which they have been working on for several months now. There are live blackjack and roulette tables with a few other table games which are also live and there are also slots. Poker will be coming later this year from what I understand so there is a lot going on right now with AceDBets.

they should be ready for that. casinos want more players. if they are not ready for that, then it is their loss if some players will lose their faith on them. even one staff assigned to adequately answer users in this forum should not be a big deal for them.
remember, as new casinos are introduced in the forum, they will be left behind if they will not rectify their issues. hope they will not waste their resources for some issues that are easily resolvable from their end.
